Fantastic experience: This is an excellent gym offering a variety of martial arts, all with qualified instruction. Muay Thai, BJJ, Boxing and Sambo all covered in the various pricing packages that they offer, and the price is very reasonable. I haven't met an unwelcoming face in the building yet nor do I suspect I ever will. If you're well versed in martial arts or if you've never trained, go in and give it a try. You'll be happy you did. Edit: I've been going for a few years now and I have an even greater love for this gym now than when I started...as an added bonus I can kick pretty hard now too

Fantastic experience: First combat gym I ever tried and in 3 months I feel like I can defend myself in any situation coach’s are the best really work on the fundamentals everyone is very friendly and know their stuff they won’t tell you good job if your messing up on something and that’s my favorite part

If you are just looking for a great workout in a fun and fast paced environment this is the place, and then you'll get even more than that! You will also learn new skills. If you are training to be a pro fighter, then this is the place. If you are looking for a positive encouraging place to bring your children so they can enjoy the youth classes, then this is the place as well!

Fantastic experience: Rock Steady Boxing for Parkinson's. So glad there is a class local. Excellent workout exercises are specific for Parkinson's Disease the coach is very good. And she even makes it fun.
