Fantastic experience: Great coaches, very supportive, I couldn’t ask for more of Coach tony and Coach skittles. My kids joined not knowing how to do a push up or make friends. Now they are very outgoing, more focused in school and I would recommend anyone not to be shy and check this place out first.

Positive experience: I tried out this gym today. I just moved from Orlando, FL. I really liked the class I was looking for a coach that would correct my technique. Which Tony did! His Fiancé Kelly was super welcoming and very kind helped me loosen up a bit. However, I noticed my slides were super black and gross when I got home. The mats are super spongy can’t be good to be rolling on that mat for BJJ. That’s the only negative thing I have to say about that gym otherwise it seems freaking amazing but my man unfortunately doesn’t want me going back because of the mat situation.

Fantastic experience: Tony Solis has a great way of breaking down the intricacies of the sport, so that you gain a better understanding of how to execute them. Whether you’d like to compete, learn to defend yourself, or just get in better shape...this will be a good gym for you.
