Fantastic experience: Over the past 20 years I have taken several different kinds of Yoga classes and not really embraced any of them until I started with the Yoga classes at the Wellness Clinic at LifeQuest. Sonnia really makes everyone feel at ease and competent with their participation. She explains in detail how different poses are beneficial to our health. She is calm, centered, enthusiastic and funny when warranted. It's been a fantastic experience.

Fantastic experience: I am doing swim lessons with my daughter who is almost 2. This is our second month and she has absolutely loved it! The instructor (Karina C) has been great and has helped teach my daughter so many new things and become comfortable in water! She is also very patient with having multiple kids under 2 and great at offering advice on what you can try to help your kid.

Fantastic experience: The front desk staff were very helpful and polite. Everyone was adhering to social distancing and wearing masks. The equipment was clean and appeared well maintained.

Fantastic experience: I love kids club staff, great facility, but I wish you had a 25yd pool instead of a 15yd pool for laps. But overall we are very happy with the gym and our membership!

Fantastic experience: We only come here for the Blue Dolphin swimming school for our daughter. The person who runs the program, Brooke, is super friendly and accommodating. We also feel very comfortable with our instructors. Coulson especially!

Fantastic experience: Great swimming pool area for children with a family pass. It has a large Beach entry and it's only 2 ft deep and it's perfect for the kids to play and get exercise.

Fantastic experience: I love the childcare staff/facilities as well as all of the group fitness instructors/classes. The facilities are clean and well maintained. We love to come swimming and rock climbing as a family. Great gym!

Fantastic experience: We took our one and almost four year old kids here for their first swimming lessons, and the staff is awesome! The pool facilities are nice and the price was friendly as well. The kids are both learning lots, so the lessons have been well worth the money!

Fantastic experience: Probably one of the least busy gyms in the tri-cities. There's usually always machines to work on. When its super busy its usually families in the sport complex.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym The pool is nice and warm, there are two hot tubs and two saunas (a dry and a wet). The layout of the gym is nice. There is a rock wall, which i want to try sometime but have been too shy to ask about...and i love the classes!

Fantastic experience: I'm not a member here, we go for our kids' swimming lessons. The swimming program here is probably the best in the Tri-Cities. I highly recommend the baby and toddler swimming classes, and the best part is they're indoors so year round.

Fantastic experience: This is an awesome facility. I have been going here for 7 months. I love that they have a women's only section. I primarily use it. I also love the salt water pool and hot tubs. I recommend it to everyone!!

Fantastic experience: Switched here from another gym and don't regret it. It is definitely worth the $40 a month. They have everything including cardio machines, free weights, dumbbells, weight machines, squat rack, classes, rock climbing, indoor pool, sauna, steam room, outside hot tub, indoor soccer and pretty much everything a state of the art sport facility should offer.

Fantastic experience: I prefer this place then golds gym. People complaints about over crowded here. Its not that bad when their busy. What's best about this place is that the pricing is not bad. The staff is by far the freindlyiest. If your payment goes past due, (mine on behalf new debit card went almost past 2 months) whoops. I was shocked about the very low amount I had to pay. Give a heads up, early morning or durning the hours before 5pm is best to show up on weekdays. Almost no one on the weeknds durning the hours in the days I sometimes show up.

Fantastic experience: I go to Lourdes physical theropy at this location I don't know about the gym side but as for the theropy side they are the most friendly, helpful, honest, polite medical staff I have met. Emily the insurance staff will personally phone you and return calls. The front counter staff is super, the other PT always smile and say Hi. I would say the customer service is the best in Tri-Cities for Physical Theropy.

Fantastic experience: Great Place to go and workout. Has all the machine you need for your workout routine. Love the extension for the pool for people who want to swim when it is cold outside. Also if you want to rockwall climb, play basketball or soccer you can. The facilities are excellent.

Fantastic experience: I don't know why this gym has gotten less than 4 stars. I never have to wait for a machine, and the staff has always been extremely helpful. I've been a member since 2013 and would never think about going anywhere else.
