Fantastic experience: I joined DMF about a week or so ago, and I already love this place. I participate in one of the strength training groups, and they kick my butt first thing in the morning. We have two trainers for a group of 5-8 people, and they coach us through hard and effective workouts. They know what they are doing, and they know what they are talking about. Around the gym, you see people of all strength levels - from normal every day people to competition-level bodybuilders - and everybody is extremely supportive, friendly and encouraging. It's a great place to work out. If you want to get stronger, you need to check out DMF.

I am not able to think of any significant flaws about the gym jungle. If you are looking to create the best version of yourself, this gym will aid in your progress to identify the beast inside of you, with their top-notch equipment and with the support of the fitness community. Fantastic experience: Great gym. The owners are very nice and helpful. The equipment is top notch. Good music throughout but not to loud. I have injuries and the new equipment let's me lift heavy and not reinjure myself.
