Fantastic experience: Huge variety of equipment from what I'm used to. Friendly staff and patrons. And 50% of the men there look like vikings.

Fantastic experience: Didn’t stay here for too long due to my job relocation to FL. Would’ve stayed if I stayed in the area. But I enjoyed this gym while I was there! Front desk staff was friendly. I loved the variety of equipment and space they had.

Positive experience: Great gym. Great staff. Great equipment. Only things I would change is a better sauna. Also the amount of people taking their shirts off and taking pics can get wierd. Especially when they bring a professional camera and pose shirtless for pics for 20+ minutes. I’m here to work out and it’s gets wierd maneuvering around a shirtless guy trying to stay out of his pictures. Please take insta pics and home.

Positive experience: I worked for a gym about 18 years ago and if there's one piece of advice I can give to members looking for a gym is. If you can afford it, find a gym where you can pay in full in cash for a set period of time(6 months or 1 year) and Do Not give your your payment info.

Fantastic experience: Extremely high end equipment. Brands you have never seen before bc other gyms are too cheap to buy them. Its a drive for me but can go 8 times for 25$ which seems like a ridiculous deal to me. SOLD!

Fantastic experience: Took a while but I finally found a quality gym around Charlotte that won’t break the bank. The environment here is amazing, it’s 24 hours, the staff is great, and they have so many different pieces of equipment. It doesn’t matter what your fitness goal or level is, they have something for everyone and there won’t be anyone that judges you. I wish I knew about The Office sooner!!

Fantastic experience: Have all the sturdy equipment to get a great workout in.Great cardio.They have the dead lift platforms in front of the cardio which to me means this is a real gym..i felt comfortable lifting heavy here without judgment.Plus dollar tree is right next to the place which is my favorite store.They have no doubt the best leg equipment anywhere in town.Not to mention the wide padded benches..great staff as well.

Fantastic experience: Incredible spot. Worked out here for a couple months while my main gym was closed. Good warehouse style spot with killer equipment. Good group of people - staff and all the other gym goers. Would definitely go back.

Fantastic experience: Great environment to workout in. Definitely has the old school vibe. I appreciate all the different equipment they have to use whereas a commercial gym just has your standard machines and dumbbells. However could use some more management (to collaborate the different perspectives and timeliness.)

Fantastic experience: Got stood up for a sales call in the area and saw this place on my way home. Figured it was a great way to work out some frustration. For $10 I got a day pass that included two floors of fitness, well-appointed gym for lifters, HIITers, cardio folk, everybody, as well as a serious locker room with showers and sauna. Whether you're a muscle GIANT or a lean machine, a wispy-lipped teen or a meemaw, it's a great mix of people in an incredible facility. I live too far away for a membership, but for a drop-in, it's ideal. I worked off some frustration and got the neighbor treatment from many in my time there. I'm keeping my gear in the car, just in case I get to go back.

Fantastic experience: The Office Gym is a great local business to support! The owner is extremely knowledgeable about which equipment and program is the best fit for your needs . The gym is kept seriously clean and the huge variety of equipment is always in good working order. Folks that members are friendly and Flex is an incredibly fun and smart gym mascot! The extended hours are perfect for people with erratic work schedules . Caleb is looking for someone to teach some classes at his gym and I’m looking forward to some fun Zumba or hip hop or dance classes. Thanks, Caleb, for making it easy for us to the Office!!

Fantastic experience: I love this gym. No fluff. No fillers. Plenty of free weights. They also have a great variety of cardio and circuit machines to choose from. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Also, one of the best saunas I’ve been in. I’m really happy the new owner is putting money into remodeling and updated equipment.

The owner, Caleb, is always helpful and excited to have new members! The space is huge with tons of weight lifting and cardio equipment. I rarely have to wait around for a machine. You never have to worry about feeling judged if you are new to lifting. I’ve been working out at there since high school and all through college and the new owner has made this place even better. Fantastic experience: Hands down the best facility in the area if you’re trying to become healthier. Lots of cardio equipment and an even bigger weight room that is always clean and no waiting to use the equipment. The best part is finishing off a workout in the sauna or steam room, this is the only gym in the area that has these amazing amenities.

Fantastic experience: By far one of the best gym in all of Clover and Lake Wylie. Couldn't possibly ask for more in a a gym. Have been going here since early High School and have had the pleasure of seeing this gym evolve. For those that are curious the Office is equipped for absolutely any type of workout. Wether you do Crossfit, Powerlift, or just simply casually workout, the Office is by far the best place around to help you meet your goals!

Fantastic experience: Ive been working out for over ten years and have been a member of almost every chain gym on the east coast. This is my favorite gym that I have ever been a member of. There is plenty of space to workout without feeling confined. Everyone on staff is helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve been a member since the new ownership and am loving the direction the gym has taken to appeal more to fitness and weight lifting oriented individuals. This is a privately owned/operated gym, which I personally prefer over a chain gym due to the hassle free membership, freedom of membership options, and penalty free cancellation. The Office is a wonderful Gym all around.

Fantastic experience: I have been to multiple gyms throughout South Carolina, including Greenville, Hilton Head, and Columbia, and this is by far my favorite place to workout. The atmosphere is so encouraging and friendly. Everyone is so approachable and nice. This is by far the best place to work on being a better version of yourself!

Fantastic experience: Probably one of the more serious gyms I've been to. This place is for people that simply want to get work done. They have an array of iron plates and lots of old school machines. None the less the endless renovations they have put into the place since the previous owners. They have really transformed this place into something great! Definitely my go to place to go workout.

Fantastic experience: One of my favorite places to train in the Charlotte area. Gives you the "old school" atmosphere with the smell of iron plates and who does not love to hear those plates sing. Staff/Owner are friendly are do an excellent job ensuring their facility stays clean.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to The Office Gym and Fitness Center for about 6 years now. I love the environment of the facility and the monthly fee is a bargain. The multiple weight rooms have every machine you need and plenty of free weights. There are tons of treadmills, ellipticals, and a recently added stair-master (which i looooove).Overall the facility allows for a diverse workout. I'm not big into crossfit, but there's a nice room designated just for crossfitters with all the equipment you need. Also not big into workout classes (zumba, sculpt & sweat, etc.) but they provide some cool ones. The sauna in the locker room is my fav. way to end a workout and it's super hot. 10/10 would recommend

Fantastic experience: The facility is big enough so there is never anybody in your way, the gym has every machine you could possibly need and there are enough treadmills to accommodate the New Years resolutioners. Would recommend to anybody!
