Fantastic experience: After being a member for a few years, I decided to finally leave a review! This is by far the best gym I’ve ever experienced! I’ve been to many others and never found a reason to stay. Specifically because I like taking classes (helps build confidence and motivation) classes were just never challenging enough for me at other gyms. That was until I came to ufc gym at East Rutherford! ALL the coaches are extremely professional and put a unique and challenging twist to their classes. I haven’t taken one class where I didn’t leave satisfied! That being said, If you want to start your Saturday morning right, take Coach Anthony’s DUT (HIIT) class. He knows how to make each class unique and super challenging (in a good way) hence why it’s always a full class! The model at this gym is Train Different and that’s exactly what we do in his class!! As well as all the other classes offered here!! With all the amazing coaches! Sign up you won’t regret it!

Fantastic experience: Great gym and facility! The trainers are all phenomenal! I especially enjoy the group classes, I.e. boxing, HIIT DUT, etc. Notably, Anthony’s classes are so dynamic and challenging. His HIIT class is something I look forward to each week. He incorporates strength training and cardio workouts. It’s unlike any class I’ve ever attended.

Fantastic experience: Clean. New, modern equipment. Good selection of weights and machines. Full boxing facilities. Full size Octagon! Plenty of parking.

Fantastic experience: I joined the UFC Gym in East Rutherford just a little over a year ago and I must say that it's been a great gym throughout my time. They do very well in maintaining the equipment, keeping the facility clean, and having a good environment. The staff is great, the coaches lead great classes, and if not taking classes, there's plenty of equipment for a solo workout. I get more than my money's worth here!

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym for all types of fitness goals. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced in your fitness journey, there’s a program for you. Staff always keeps gym equipment clean and replenished. Other gym members respect the space. Group fitness classes, personal training and martial arts are all offered. More than enough free weights and space to work out on your own and not be bothered. Staff is very accommodating and take time to focus on the individual if needed. Thank you Lance, Rick, Raquel, Xavier and the staff for keeping me engaged.

Fantastic experience: I love everything about this gym! Prior to having my son, I was at the gym 5 days per week. After having my son in 2017 I had no time to workout. I was depressed because my whole life had changed. About a year of not going to the gym went by. I was driving around and saw a sign for UFC Gym. I was so happy! I went in, spoke with Lance and that was it. I started taking boxing classes and my depression was fading. My motivation was back! Whether it's a boxing class with Lance or a DUT class with Anthony, you can't go wrong! BTW DUT on Saturday mornings with Anthony is All of the UFC coaches are motivated and you will not be disappointed no matter which class you decide to take! Best decision I have made for myself. I am 41 years old and I want to continue to stay healthy - not only for myself, but for my family.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym! Great space. Instructors are awesome. Every instructor is understanding and will always accommodate you when asking nicely and in a respectful manner :) The technical classes are fun with Lance, Ricky, Kevin, etc The team at UFC East Rutherford is five stars! Energy is 100!! Keep it up

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training at UFC Gym in East Rutherford for a few years now and it’s truly the best gym around! All instructors are great but I primarily take Coach Anthony’s DUT & boxing classes. His classes are always challenging no matter what your fitness level is and it’s a fun and upbeat atmosphere. I’ve also been doing personal training with Coach Anthony for a few years now and I can honestly say my body has completely TRANSFORMED!! I told him when I first started that my #1 goal was to grow my glutes while also looking toned and fit everywhere else. I stayed consistent with his training and those are the results I got! He’s an amazing trainer and understands how to get you to your body goals.

Fantastic experience: This gym is awesome, especially all the classes it offers and all the amazing and friendly coaches! You can never go wrong with taking any of Coach Anthony’s classes. I love his Boxing Conditioning and HIIT classes. His classes are always a great workout. Each one is unique and enjoyable. Don’t think twice about checking this gym out.

Fantastic experience: Finally found a gym I enjoy to workout at and don’t dread coming to. This gym has a variety of fun energetic classes, including BJJ and Muay Thai. Any class you join you’ll always get a good workout. The trainers are great and friendly. If you come in when they aren’t holding classes you pretty much have the gym to yourself.

Fantastic experience: The structure in the classes are amazing. It's great to 1) have classes booked ahead of time and 2) have coaches that put effort into making sure each class is interesting. The people at the gym are also amazing. The coaches and other members have offered me great advice on lifestyle, fitness, balance and more.

Fantastic experience: A great GYM to workout & have fun while working out. there’s excellent coaches that will walk you through the right way to do a workout, while pushing you to be your best. And it also a great way to change up your workout with wide variety of class that’s available to take as a member or walk-in.

Fantastic experience: Where do I start, this gym is what I think about when I think of the perfect gym. The great energy and knowledge that you get from the trainers here is on point especially from my two faves Coach Lance and Coach Anthony. They are eager to help and will to take time with you. They understand what you are striving for and they WILL get you there and further, while having fun. The classes are intense for every level athlete, and you will love the diverse workout combinations. Unfortunately, I had to pause my membership because I am out of town for awhile but best believe I will definitely be returning for a round two❤️

Fantastic experience: This was a really great gym to go to. The only reason I'm not attending this gym now is because I now live in another state. The manager was super friendly and gave me one on one tips to better my workout. I started at 275 and is now a 213 thanks to UFC Gym in East Rutherford. Although I was the biggest in the class no one made me feel that way. Thank you guys for all your help.

Fantastic experience: I'm 40 something years old and have NEVER been motivated to "hit the gym". Until I found Lance and Co!!! The classes are meant for everyone at every fitness level. I've never boxed, I hate machines, I always preferred Zumba. Not anymore! Where are my wraps and gloves!! The coaches have a way of teaching a full class and STILL giving you one-on-one form training during the class. The classes are welcoming and we ALL push each other to keep going. Do yourself a favor and just SIGN UP!!

Fantastic experience: Great gym for the family. Lance, the owner really makes this place seem like a second home. He won’t nickel and dime you with fees and is more concerned that you had a great workout and the each experience you had there is a good one. He treated me and my family very well. Facilities, trainers and classes are all fantastic. Definitely a 5 star gym.

Fantastic experience: UFC East Rutherford was phenomenal!! Took the 7 pm Friday night class with Lance && we don’t regret it ! Class was a mixture of boxing / floor work which consisted of weights, cardio && exercises. Go check them out for an awesome workout ! Our legs feel like jello already !!!!! Awesome atmosphere!!

Fantastic experience: As a female i was hesitant because im looking to tone and thought UFC was all about fighting but this is actually the perfect place to do exactly what I need! Who knew?! The classes are what really get me working all the right places! They have a great staff and have a youth program which allows me to take advantage of the cardio and weight equipment while my kid is in class. So much better than your stereo typical crowded gyms that make me feel like eye candy for the few creeps that always have to ruin your time working out. UFC was worth the change!

Fantastic experience: Super Clean! Clean/New equipment! A variety of classes. You can take a class or just use their equipment to do your own workout. Big Plus!!! is that you can take some class(7pm classes only) with light contact. I will not be going back to NYSC!
