Fantastic experience: I can not say enough about how awesome this place is. The owner and coaches are excellent. The workouts are always amazing. No matter what level you are at, they are SO welcoming. If you are in the area or dropping in from out of town, I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: I was in town for a wedding this weekend. Called Thomas, the owner, and he told me he doesn’t charge for drop ins. That alone shows me the passion he has for helping people get fit. I wish more boxes did that! Had a great work out! Would recommend to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Workouts are never the same, so youre never bored. Every trainer is knowledgeable and fun to train with. Several class times so you have flexibility in your own schedule. Classes are never packed, always feels one on one. You will love this place! Feels like a family.
