Fantastic experience: Amazing swimming facility! The NTC is definitely worth visiting if you are stopping by the Orlando area!

Fantastic experience: Had the Area 2 Swimming Championship at the NTC facility. It is a great facility and the staff did an awesome job hosting the swim meet for all the teams!

Fantastic experience: Best place ever, here you will get to heal outside and inside, with a contagious good spirit that irradiated all members in my case the biggest achieved this places has is a trainer name lorelle she will contagious you with the most wonderful energy and good humor that you ever had!! and you will workout round the clock without feeling is a workout because you will enjoy every second, best class ever "Trek" if i can do it so can you... other classe that i personally attend is belly dance with maria... that is a workout out... very professional and do not hesitated because guys can belly dance too, and of course Zumba class that is a must...sooo are you ready to Rock, roll and laugh your pounds off?? you wont regret it!! everyone is very professional and they are top of the line, good listener....common let's do it!!!

Fantastic experience: NTC and South Lake Aquatics are top notch. Took my 2 year old here for infant swimming lessons and Coach Kaylee was amazing. She and my son really bonded. The pool is immaculate and safe. There are always children of all ages taking part in activities at the pool. I am highly impressed with the people and facilities. You may even get to met an Olympian like we did. Don't second guess it, go here.

Fantastic experience: Excellent instructors and complex with more than 20 Olympic pools to either learn, relearn the craft, or learn water sports within the outside pools or inside pools with many instructors and lifeguards. Payments are all related to each individual class and instructors. I highly recommend this complex. Clermont residents will have better discounts.

Positive experience: upset that the gymnasium part is dropping programs such as Silver Sneakers effective in January. The pool area is already pretty much dedicated to the younger generation, teams and competition as it is. They may not get much money from medicare but should be offering Seniors a chance to keep that benefit along with possibly a $10 or $15 a month membership instead of doing away with it altogether and charging seniors $38 a month.

Fantastic experience: Might be one of the best athletic facilities to train at in Central Florida. 4 standard Olympic Weightlifting platforms equipped with Eleiko bumper plates, different kinds of bars, free weights, some machines, a lot of cardio equipment, an outdoor elliptic track, and a pool with minimal “bounce” from the water. Definitely top notch, especially for high-level athletes.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym. I didn't always like going to gyms for workouts as I preferred running outside and doing light weights and yoga at home. However, I joined this gym a year ago for the discount at work. I have to say that it's amazing. Clean, well lit, positive atmosphere, the staff is helpful and friendly. My kids like the kids area and they always want to go, which makes me go more frequently! A couple tips: bring your own towel to shower, theirs are a little small so I need to use like 2. Clean your machines after use, it's courtesy. Plan ahead your workout so you can max your time there, can get busy in mornings and evenings. Best pool times are mornings by 6 am-7:30 am

Fantastic experience: I only wish I lived in the area so I could visit more often, and have a membership to the gymnasium facilities and pool. There Fitness shop has the best shoe inserts for arch support and preventing plantar fasciitis that I have found.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic pool and welcoming masters team. For USMS out of town visitors, reach out in advance. The workout was tough, intensive, and just what I needed. On deck coaches were encouraging and engaging.

Fantastic experience: If you love 50m outdoor swimming pools, then you will love the NTC swimming pool. The shower facilities leave a little to be desired and there is no suit dryer on premise, but they do provide towels. This is a vinyl lined Myrtha Pool and amazing facility.

Fantastic experience: I have been an NTC member for almost a year. I am at the gym there 3-4 days per week. The facilities are excellent. They have to be. Olympic athletes train there. The staff is helpful and friendly. They recently replaced many of the exercise machines. They have free weights, treadmills, bikes, exercise classes, private rooms, and a lap pool. I can't say enough good things. Love them.

Fantastic experience: Great facilities! They have lots of options for machines, free weights, cycling classes, aerobic classes, and yoga. They have trainers by appointment and there is always someone on staff if you have questions or need help with anything. Large swimming pool but it is closed until September for maintenance. Everything is clean and neat and they also offer towels. Great hours! There are many other amenities so I recommend checking out their website. I get a discount on the membership through my insurance.
