Fantastic experience: It’s not so much a gym as a community. It’s literally for everyone. Any age, fitness level, and physical limitations are worked with. Everyone is welcomed. I went in knees knocking I was so intimidated by CrossFit but they welcomed me with open arms and now it’s like family. So glad I wakes through their doors.

Fantastic experience: Almost two years at Ergon Elite and I can't imagine a better experience. Cara and Frank make a great team and their leadership has created a positive gym culture for their skilled coaches and members of every ability. Their onboarding classes and skills in helping people of all fitness levels (or no fitness level) into a safe, consistent workout and nutritional routine make this gym special. Cara expertly programs training cycles for class workouts while adding specialized programs for more competitive athletes. Extras like this are included in the low monthly fee making this gym a treasure in North Clarksville.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely one of the best CF gyms in Clarksville! The owners, Frank and Cara, as well as their coaches always show up with a positive attitude and take the time to develop and improve their athletes regardless of experience or skill level. I enjoy the variety of class options (CrossFit, weightlifting, endurance, etc) as well as the class hours which are very accommodating to people who work a 9-5! If you’re looking for a gym that will challenge you, build you up physically and mentally while accepting you into a phenomenal and caring community—look no further than Ergon Elite!

The coaches are all humble, skilled, and genuine, and the team and community are a reflection of the family values of the owners, Cara and Frank. It is family-friendly and even my kids loved coming here. One of my kids even thanked me for bringing him every single day I brought him to a class.

Positive experience: Overall good gym that has all the basic necessities you need for your CrossFit or weightlifting needs. Came in to this gym with high standards after coming from the best CrossFit gym/family I've ever been a part of in San Antonio and the reason I am giving it 3 out 5 of stars is because the CrossFit programming was not very challenging and the coaches were lacking. I ended up just following an online program and going to open gym daily. As far as the coaches go the owners Frank and Cara were very friendly and knowledgeable, but some of the other coaches seemed to be lacking in experience and didn't introduce themselves at the start of the classes for new members. Also I did not like that you couldn't workout and do your own thing while a class was going on. This is the first gym I have ever been to that has told me I couldn't do so. Overall my experience here was okay. I've experienced better gyms. I suggest trying other gyms before choosing CrossFit Ergon as your gym of choice.

Fantastic experience: Just started and I love it already! Its hard but the coaches are awesome and everyone is friendly and helpful. I was nervous about feeling insecure since I am brand new but I have not had 1 second where I felt judged or sub-par. I also love that they have classes with child care. Thats huge for me as a stay at home mom!

Fantastic experience: Did a drop in and had such an amazing experience! I drop in to many boxes all over the country and there are a few things that made this box stand out. Crossfit Ergon has an outdoor rig and workout space in addition to what the box provides inside; I loved being able to use this. When I arrived for open gym, coaches and other members welcomed me which added to the overall positive atmosphere. There was plenty of new equipment for each activity and the facilities were clean. Another plus, the box had a children’s room so my kids could stay occupied while I worked out. I would love to drop in again if in the area and experience a class and the programming. This is definitely one of the best drop in experiences I have had!

The coaches are all amazing, the athletes are welcoming and encourage each other, we really are like a family. Fantastic experience: This review has been long over due. I just want to leave a review that is heartfelt and true. I have been going to Crossfit Ergon for about a year now. It is my first crossfit experience. Also my first time attending a gym that has programmed workouts; I am happy it was. Since August of 2017 I have dropped in at other crossfit boxes and the difference between those and this one is the community, dedication, and the coaches! These coaches not only live up to what a real coach should be, they surpass the idea of an excellent coach. They take their time to teach and do not push if you are not ready. They focus on form above all and work with their athletes for scaling options. This technique helps the athletes in the long run to prevent injuries and other mishaps. Along with great coaching this facility has a wonderful community. Right when you enter Crossfit Ergon you are greeted with a caring smile! You never feel like you are not welcomed. It’s an amazing feeling to come to a gym where you feel like you belong. In the gym not only do you grow gains but you also gain friendships. A couple times a month we get together to get out of the gym atmosphere. We do BQQs, dinners, guys night out, and girls night out. As a mom of a 3 yr old child care is very important to me. They have a child care area where you are able to see your child while you are working out! This gym is not just a gym, it’s a place you can call your second home. Your family! I urge you to give Crossfit Ergon a chance and do a free drop in! See what this place is all about. You will not regret it!

Fantastic experience: Just started and what I love overall is how motivating and friendly everyone is. Working out as a team is something I love. The coaches are amazing and teach you how to do each workout the right way. Definitely hard for me but can’t wait to get better.
