Fantastic experience: This is my 2nd home. I love the staff and all of the friends that I have made. I use the GYM and treadmill three times a week. The classes are also great. If I lived closer, I would be there 5 days a week.

Fantastic experience: The scholarship opportunity and the outside pool area. Now I think you close the outdoor pool way too soon. However the Wade Walker outdoor pool is geared towards family play and swimming.

Fantastic experience: Really have enjoyed my time at the Y since joining! My lil children love the childcare and staff while my oldest son and I go to the gym. The pool is also a hit with the kids and when I get time I look forward to taking some classes!!

Fantastic experience: First time taking the Water Therapy class and it was great!!! The instructor's routine was just as I had read the description of the class. Great details to stretching and working on balance. I look forward to coming back next week.

Positive experience: I'm new to the Y...but so far, so good. The staff has been amazing! I wish they offered water classes in the evenings.

Fantastic experience: People who works here are very friendly and helpful. Facility is nice and clean. But next year I wish the outdoor pool covering would not be so rough. My son was badly scratched last week.

Fantastic experience: Wade Walker YMCA was the only YMCA that has given food packages and dinners for families in need that were well worth it. Let me tell you the food boxes they gave out were the bomb. If you missed it I feel sorry for you.They gave out so many great things and supplies that we needed and could use. I must say the staff was excellent especially Mrs. Mary. She was so professional and made sure she put Wade Walker on the map by communicating with people she knew or didn’t know to come check you all out. Let’s go Wade Walker YMCA and staff y’all get two thumbs up from me. Keep up the great work!!!!

Fantastic experience: I like the selection of classes available and the flexibility of times they are offered. I also like how instructors go above and beyond to help those in the class. They are always patient and never aggressive. Even tho they are instructing a group they make sure they also give individuals attention that need it. Friendly staff and informative staff . I absolutely loved the community events pre covid. I love it!!

Fantastic experience: Positive: Professionalism I am very proud to be a member of the Wade Walker YMCA. The staff is so attentive, professional and most importantly, they are always involved in helping and serving the communities in the Stone Mountain area.

Fantastic experience: For quality assurance, monitoring and training purposes I rate a 5 Star to the YMCA and for a few of the staff. To begin, keep doing what you do helping some children and teens from roaming the streets, while parents are at work or out of work. This center relieves stress and we all know stress kills. Customer Service is a plus. If your a adult with Customer Service Skills, it's each one teach one to the person behind the counter. Rather he or she is young or mature. I've come across some poor customer service within the center and shut it down by educating and navigating the proper respondent to fix it. I've returned this year and so far, so good. Management I hope you read these reviews because it can seriously hold a negative hardship on you. So when you go to work, do your work. In the mean time keep moving and improving

Fantastic experience: It was wonderful to be in the water again, the staff were very helpful pointing out areas for me, this being my first time at this facility. I felt very comfortable, the pool was great! I can't wait to bring my great-grand son to the water park next week!

Fantastic experience: I've supported multiple YMCA Programs which fulfill my needs of summer camps and afterschool activities for my daughters and now my grandchildren. Wade Walker Family YMCA, like every facility and offerings has Much to Appreciate. I miss their horse-backriding camp but have also used the athletic and cheer camps! Get out and Get Moving!

Fantastic experience: We went there tonight to set up a family membership. The guy who helped me was super nice. He answered all my questions with a very friendly attitude. The building was very clean and it was clear they are working hard to prevent Covid spread. They are taking no touch forehead temperatures at the door and asking members to complete a prescreening before hand. They are also not super crowded. I felt very safe. Great experience!

Fantastic experience: The facility are always nice and clean. There are many work out options and classes for all ages. The pools are good year around. One on the inside year out and when it's fun for the sun it outside pool is perfect for children.I have been a member for over 10 yrs and other YMCA had made several improvement and just keeps getting better.

Fantastic experience: Sweet jewel. I've only utilized the tennis courts here and they are well kept with several courts on site. Careful, the place can fill quickly bc it's popular within the community. But great to see people of all ages out playing tennis.

Fantastic experience: I went here with my boyfriend for the first time yesterday as guests. This was so relaxing. From the pool to the jacuzzzi to the sauna they had. We also played basketball before we left. I definitely want to become a member.

Fantastic experience: I love that there's an inside pool. This is my main reason for having a membership because I like to be in the pool all year. I also love the accommodations for smaller kids with the outside play area and inside kiddie pool. I use the gym, which has every piece of equipment that I've needed. I appreciate the free workout and yoga classes. Those are amazing. There are different outside sporting fields on the property and outside sitting areas for ball games too.

Fantastic experience: Many programs and classes to choose from...spread out through the day. The coaches are friendly and knowledgeable...there is no judgement....work at your own pace. My kids love the outdoor pool!

Fantastic experience: I use the play center for my 1 year old regularly. She loves it. Good gym with an outdoor water park and many community events.

Fantastic experience: The evening water aerobics teacher on Mondays is fantastic and makes exercising fun. The life guards are diligent and professional. The young people in the front that greet you are always professional and respectful. I love the diversity of this YMCA you see people from all over the world exercising and enjoying themselves.

Fantastic experience: From the moment you walk in, you can feel the level of professionalism the staff at the Wade Walker YMCA has. I’ve trusted my son with their services for the past three years and they have not let me down. The swimming instructors are fantastic, the aftercare instructors are caring and extremely polite. Even the payment staff is wonderful. Being a overly protective mother, I’m glade I chose them to provide these services.

Fantastic experience: This YMCA is perfect for everyone. Programs and staff are set for toddlers and up. It has everything you could ask for to help you reach your next level of fitness.
