Fantastic experience: This is one of my favorite places to work out. If you are looking for a real gym with no fluff, this is the place. Great old school equipment with an owner who knows all the tricks of the trade.

Fantastic experience: I like everything about this place! The owner is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and a genuinely good guy (see pics, his resume speaks for itself). The members have been pleasant, inviting and even helpful if I need a spot. And the equipment... Wow! Every time I come in, there's something new! I live in the Seattle area, but visit a couple times a year. This is my ONE necessary stop!!! You can always get what you're willing to put in at this place... It's up to you, regardless of what gym you decide to join. This is your best option, if you want to see serious results!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this gym! The selection of equipment is unmatchable anywhere else in the Lewiston Clarkston Valley. I also love the convenient downtown location, the 24-hour access, the quality of the equipment there is amazing. It's actually quite affordable to comma in a day and age were so many different gyms are trying to get people to spend an arm and a leg, it's very hard to walk out of a lot of gems without paying a couple hundred dollars for only one month service. You can walk out of here only paying about $140 yes, and have months worth of access and membership. Good stuff!

Fantastic experience: If you like to lift weights this is the place for you. If you want an owner who truly loves fitness, this is the place for you. Great for those who are serious lifters. No aerobic classes, no fu fu juice bars...just a good home town gym.

Fantastic experience: Anthony (Owner) is an extremely knowledgeable and passionate fitness guru. He has won countless awards for body building and sports and he loves helping/training his members. He runs a woman's group training class which is awesome. If you like lifting this is your gym regardless if you're a man or woman. There is a section for serious lifting and a section for people who prefer machines and of course there is cardio, with a nice view! If you're looking for a new gym seriously stop by.
