Fantastic experience: Great program! The staff is extremely attentive. Even in the group classes, I get personalized instruction. The staff knows everyone by name, and holds you accountable to the personal goals you set. I know I will achieve my goals each time I come to training. I am very motivated to continue!

Fantastic experience: Been going there since march of this year and every time I go there they make you feel welcomed. The equipment is well kept and fixed if material is torn. I don't know how many times fabric has torn on one of the machines and it was fixed no less than a week later. Considering I've been to a few gyms, this is by far the cleanest. Wipes are everywhere to wipe after use. People there are nice and a clean. Love it there so far.
