Fantastic experience: This has been the best gym I've ever joined. Between the pools, spa and full gym, I have everything I need. The staff has been amazing and it's pretty affordable.

Fantastic experience: Been swimming at this location for a few weeks and I really like it. The towel service and provided keyed lockers are very helpful. Plenty of parking and handicap accessible.

Fantastic experience: One of the best rehab/gyms that I have ever been too! I do not feel uncomfortable here, everyone is here for the same thing, to get better. The only place around with multiple types of pool classes with inclusive scheduling.

Positive experience: I stopped by to look at the facility. Boy was I impressed! Had everything I wanted; pools, sauna, classes, machines, cycling, and more. I'm pretty sure I'm going to become a member. It is expensive. Everything is expensive. Sometimes I feel businesses are taking advantage of Covid situation.

Fantastic experience: This place has everything from gym equipment to lap pools and warm therapy pools to walking tracks. It's half of what you pay at the YMCA. The staff are always ready to help and happy!!

Fantastic experience: I take physical therapy at the Health Plex. I appreciate my therapists Heidi and Scott working with me to gain strength and balance after a broken femur and surgery. I am getting stronger. I feel safe. All the staff go above and beyond to protect as much as humanly possible from the spread of Covid-19.

Fantastic experience: If you need therapy for anything it's there. They even have warm water therapy which I enjoyed very much. Try going there for your therapy. Mind and soul, physical therapy etc. Try it out.

Fantastic experience: This gym is not crowded and they have an excellent maintenance staff. In addition there is free daycare included in membership. The pool and cardio classes really round this out to a fantastic gym!

Fantastic experience: I like to go here regularly for exercising and getting personalized fitness goals. I was a member of Planet Fitness for years, and albeit it's more cost efficient, the number of equipment is very limited and it's hard to exercise efficiently when it's overly crowded most days. I switched to the Healthplex. I will admit it's more costly, but there are a variety of activities you can do here. Two swimming pools, classes, and a spa center. They also provide complimentary towels, hygiene products, and monthly events for people to join. It's never too crowded, and the people are incredibly friendly and helpful. The gym area and pool areas are always kept clean and well maintained. If you're looking for a place to try different things, this is the place to go. I personally think it's well worth the cost considering all of the amenities they offer. Great place and I'd recommend it to anyone!
