Positive experience: Very cool spot. Small. But, very cool concept. I did 3 15 minute HIIT workouts. Cycle, water rower and cardio bike. Loved the dripping sweat feeling. There is no music, I recommend if you like music take your earpods. I didn't get to try the other rooms, which I want too. Thinking about signing up. Haven't made up my mind yet. They have 2 restrooms with showers. A small area with free weights as well.

Fantastic experience: Wife was advised for health reason for sauna use and this place goes above just a sauna . Renee and all staff are great, easy to use clean facilities and great health benefits.

Fantastic experience: I love period! Best decision I’ve made in years! Best workouts and I feel amazing after each workout! You should have an Apple Watch ⌚️ or fitness tracker for tracking your results and workouts! Give it a try if you want scheduled and structured workouts!
