Fantastic experience: Kendel is a great trainer with a good understanding of form and technique to avoid injury. I love her workouts as they give me both cardio conditioning and strength. She’s also good about working on flexibility which is important to me as I approach 50. It’s a fun environment to work out and you feel encouraged to be working out with other like minded people.

Fantastic experience: E3 is a great class-based gym ran by an encouraging and upbeat trainer. The workouts are always challenging, creative, balanced and adaptable to your fitness level. Kendel is great about helping with form and/or making modifications for injuries.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality I was lucky to be intoduced to E3 by a friend who was feverishly looking for a new fitness home. Each work out is a challenge. I love the people! Everyone is working at different levels but simultaneously together. Lots the attention and personalized training when learning a new lift or exercise. Highly recommend E3!
