Fantastic experience: A wonderful gym for those wishing to get strong and stay strong. Very knowledgable coaches and excellent members. I've been working out here since they opened in 2016 and I shan't be going elsewhere.
Fantastic experience: This is a member centered gym. No super egos, just great people staying active and strong. The owner, Romie, keeps it real and friendly. Even when she’s yelling at you...encouragingly. :) Great gym for beginner and serious athletes.
