Fantastic experience: Amazing staff and gym! Very thorough with their initial fitness assessment and with their daily WODs. Somehow they make pain fun! I highly recommend Cornerstone!

Fantastic experience: Dropping in for a week, I was able to see that this box is top notch; it is very clean, very nice and very welcoming. There are a few different workouts within the day depending on the type of workout you are looking for. And the coaches are all good in making sure you have good form to become better athletes. Sad to leave this box. Definitely will stop back by in the future!

My experience with their coaches has been top notch, and though cross fit can easily break a body down, their staff puts a strong balance in the schedule for long-haul training. Prices are pretty, uh, pricey though

Fantastic experience: This is a wonderful place to do CrossFit! I love the coaches here and the members are really friendly. The ownership recently changed and the new owners are working hard to make the gym nicer and they have made some great improvements. I've been working out here for a couple of years and I love it. Great atmosphere.
