Fantastic experience: It is open 24 hours. The pool is open from 7am to 7pm. I was happy to hear about this. They have a water arobics class at 11am everyday.

Positive experience: Overall it is a really good gym. Lots of stuff to do here and it is pretty big.. Wished the 24 hour membership wasn't so expensive though. Other than that, its worth going to. Better than other gyms nearby.

Positive experience: Great place to workout, and the renovations they have made are beautiful which makes for an ideal environment. Has a track, swimming pool, gym with many basketball goals, racquetball room, a cardio room and weigh room for different areas of exercise. Staff seem friendly. Membership is cheap, but is free to enrolled members of the EBCI. Above average, and would recommend.
