Fantastic experience: You get what you pay for in life and it’s no different in this instance. Esteban takes the time to tailor the workout to your abilities and specific needs. I have tried boot camps and circuit training in group settings but they don’t compare. They only provided injury and frustration because the trainers just can’t give each individual the attention they truly need to see fast effective results. Those programs may work for some if you already have a wealth of knowledge about working out but that’s not the case for most of us or we wouldn’t be on this page. Esteban truly has a wealth of knowledge in this field, it is far from just lifting weights. I have learned so much in the past six months and look forward to continuing the process.

Fantastic experience: Going to a gym without knowing what to do is truly a waste of money. I've learned alot working with Estaban. He is knowledgeable and works you and I am seeing a difference!! After just 30 minutes his program will get into shape!! He adjusts his program to your specific needs and you get results!!

Fantastic experience: Esteban has made all the difference in my physical and mental strength! He focuses on what exercises are most beneficial for me, he encourages better eating habits, and constantly motivates me to reach my goals. After 4 months of working out with Esteban I had a major car accident, and I believe the strength he developed in my mind and body is how I recovered so well. Thank you so much Esteban for caring and for being the catalyst behind the stronger, healthier me (and my husband)! I recommend Fitness Garage to everyone!

Fantastic experience: Esteban is an awesome trainer. He listens well and then tailors the workout to meet your personal needs/goals. Esteban is super knowledgeable in his field. I am amazed at how comments that my physician makes are the same as Esteban. He truly understands the human body..

Fantastic experience: The dance fitness classes on Mondays and Wednesdays are incredible. I get free zumba classes at the gym I work at but after one visit, I was sold. The choreography has a good mix of Pop, Hip hop, and Latin music and will keep you energized and never bored. THIS IS NOT ZUMBA. It's better! The instructor creates all of her own dances and her passion shows! Make sure to come by and give it a try. First time is free!

Fantastic experience: Esteban is exactly what my wife and I needed to kick ourselves back into shape. He is super knowledgeable and pushes you to do your best every single time. He cares about your overall fitness outside of the gym too, making sure you're on the right track and always moving forward towards getting in shape. If you're serious about reaching your health goals, Fitness Garage is the place to go!

Fantastic experience: When I first started training with Esteban at the Fitness Garage in February 2015, I was 56 years old, 6'5" tall, and I weighed 393 pounds. My goals were to increase my overall fitness, to lose weight, and to increase my overall level of athleticism in order to improve my performance on the golf course (I'm an avid golfer). Obstacles to achieving these goals included several serious physical limitations — a left arm badly crippled in a climbing accident, a bad right knee, a torn left quadricep that had never regained its full strength, a great toe that I lost from my right foot due to diabetes, and severe neuropathy in both my feet and ankles — and morbid obesity. When I first began with Esteban, my best drives were only about 220 yards and I was unable to walk even 9 holes. Climbing the single flight of stairs from the parking lot to the gym was a workout in and of itself and I was barely able to jump even an inch off the floor. Esteban immediately put me on a program to begin regaining strength I had lost through years of a sedentary lifestyle, with a particular focus on my legs and core. He also began to work on my balance, which is critical in an athletic golf swing. At my age, improvements come slowly, but they did come. I felt better from the first day. Along with the workouts three times a week, Esteban also encouraged me to pay more attention to what I was eating, and how. As a result, I adopted a low carb, high fat diet (think bacon and eggs, steak and salad, chicken and veggies, and all the butter and cream you want), along with intermittent fasting. The weight began to fall off and before too long I was no longer a Type 2 diabetic. Today, I weigh 315 pounds and my strength and flexibility have improved dramatically. I am completely off meds of any kind (I used to take meds for diabetes and high blood pressure). I can jump about eight inches off the floor — not too impressive but still an 800% improvement over when I began! I have picked up more than 40 yards on my drives and feel that there is even more to be had, as my strength, balance, flexibility, and stamina continue to improve. My goal now is to be able to consistently hit my driver 300 yards by this time next summer, and I feel confident I will achieve it. I am also now able to walk and carry my bag 18 holes when I play, and lately have been walking at least 9 holes four or five days a week, as my schedule allows. Golf is great exercise if you walk, especially for middle-aged men like me. My weight goal is to get down to 225 pounds, which will result in an ideal athletic Body Mass Index and a waist size of 34 inches. (One down side of this is that I have had to throw away all my clothes and I now buy clothes at the thrift store because I am dropping sizes so frequently. But it is a good problem to have.) Esteban is what makes Fitness Garage work for me. More than just being knowledgeable about exercise and physiology, he works very hard to custom-craft an exercise regimen that meets my needs and goals. Just as important, Esteban mixes it up to keep me from getting bored and to keep my body from getting into a rut. On top of all that, Esteban is a great motivator and a hell of a nice guy, and I am proud to have him as my friend. His gym is also an ideal space, a perfect place to focus on getting strong as well as a refuge from the stresses of the outside world. In short, I highly and unreservedly recommend Esteban to anyone who is serous about taking care of their body.

Positive experience: Small little fitness room but great classes! At 6:30-730pm on Monday and Wednesday there are Zumba classes and Tuesday and Thursday there are Pound classes. First class is free then $7/class or you can get a punch card of $30 for 5 classes.

Fantastic experience: Dance Fitness on Monday and Wednesday at 6:30 is the best workout I've ever gotten (besides climbing Wayna Picchu).

Fantastic experience: I LOVE the Zumba class on MW @ 630pm, a great workout and so much fun! I also do personal training here and I can't recommend it highly enough! I have lost so much weight and I just feel healthier and more energetic! It's totally worth it, your body is an investment for life. The trainer is so great, very patient and takes ya were you are at, personalizing for each individual.
