Workout Anytime North Shore / Chattanooga

Fantastic experience: I bought my membership in January 2014 through a $50 sign-up special and later got my fiance to sign up for through a free special. Even though it can be really busy as certain hours, the staff is very welcoming, helpful, and supportive. I see the personal training staff there on a regular basis answering questions and assisting people, even if they are not their paid clients. I feel totally comfortable workout out here and asking for help. For 15 bucks a month, it's a really sweet deal! Plus it's really clean, which I appreciate :)

Fantastic experience: I've been a member at Golds,Rock,Ymca,Planetfitness over the years, This place is Home! Card reader entrance,cleanliness,upkeep , management/ownership takecare of this place .It shows and i definitely appreciate that. Im definitely going to turn into a unit! Thankyou anytime fitness!

Fantastic experience: This gym! Where do I even start?? This gym has everything you need! Clean showers, clean equipment and a very nice Australian guy that can answer any questions!!! The gym is also located in such a good spot of downtown! If you are in the Downtown Chattanooga area I def recommend coming to this gym!

Fantastic experience: I always enjoy my workouts here. Every time I come in I feel like family. Nothing makes me feel better than seeing a warm smile on the workers face when I see them. The first time I ever hit 225 on chest press the staff was there to hype me up. Also their social media page is always on top of it. The trainer tip Tuesdays have really helped evolve my form. Fantastic experience: I love to come here!! The staff are always friendly and polite to me and I don't feel uncomfortable from the other members. One of the best gyms I've been to. I like to run on the treadmill and I love that they are near the windows so I can see the downtown bustle.

Fantastic experience: Want to work out but you’re afraid of germs? Look no further! WOA keeps equipment clean and provides cute mini towels to keep dumbbells & barbells in squeaky clean condition so you can get that pump in . Only pitfall is that is a little smaller floor plan but not bad for being so close to everything downtown!

Fantastic experience: I had an issue with my gym cancellation when we moved but received a call from the owner who handled the issue gracefully. It was much appreciated. This facility was always very clean and I wish I still lived close to I could still workout there.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Not too crowded.... especially now. 24 hour access is great. Scan barcode, lift heavy things, shower if you want, leave. Nice staff, clean facilities, and plenty of sanitizing spray and rags to wipe down your equipment.

Fantastic experience: New to Chattanooga we visited many gyms and Workout Anytime in North Shore checked all our boxes. It is convenient and like the name says, you can work out anytime. The staff is friendly and supportive and the gym itself is clean and well maintained. Everyone that attends the gym is courteous and do their thing. For price, equipment, and staff, I know we made the right choice.

They really make you feel better about yourself! Not to mention its great to be able to workout,shower, tan. They have hair dryers, straighteners, and curling irons! This is the place to go!!!

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have been members of Workout Anytime for the past 2.5 years and I can honestly say its always gotten better. Over the years I've seen management continually reinvest in the gym. They added several high-tech treadmills, a StairMaster and new free weight benches while continually replacing pads before they wear out. They even replaced the flooring to keep the place looking new. Management understands what people want in a gym - and they spend the money to give it to you. As for the staff, I honestly don't know how they always find such great people. Everyone (literally) is cheerful, conversational and always ready to help you out. The gym (and locker room!) is very clean - and consistently stays that way. And, pricing is very fair. After 2.5 years I can honestly say Workout Anytime is one of the best gyms we've ever been to and if I could give them six stars, I would.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Small footprint and somewhat condensed but doesn't feel overly crowded. Free parking on the 3rd level of parking garage is nice, except climbing those stairs after a 4 mile run.

Fantastic experience: Convenient location, friendly and knowledgeable staff, clean and well maintained equipment. Only con is the small-ish floor plan, but this gym makes great use of the space.

I been going to workout 24/7 almost five years and I see that the management improved every year and finally the have experience and excellent manger that have place in top condition as far as clean and complete workouts cardio I see that he care and have good staff working with him and trying to be helpful to members that’s all you can ask. Fantastic experience: I have worked for years, but not really trying, to lose weight. Since coming to workout anytime 24/7 I have lost over 40lbs and finally have some of my natural energy back. I’m so thankful for the staff for always having a smile on their faces, willing to help and give advice when needed. The facility is always clean and a great environment to just escape from everydays stress and craziness. My husband and I love this place!!

Fantastic experience: This place is awesome. I was visiting from out of state looking for a place to fit in a few workouts and was lucky enough to find Anytime. Rick was great, the facility was super clean and has everything you could need. They are also in the process of putting up what looks to be some pretty epic Halloween decorations. Looking forward to dropping by again while I am in town.

Fantastic experience: I been going to 24/7 workout anytime since I was 18 and been hooked since. The staff is Very friendly & helpful. The gym has every machine and weight I personally use that makes my workout smooth EVERY time. Best gym I’ve witnessed and won’t go to another!

Fantastic experience: This gym is great for anyone from powerlifters, to casual gym-goers. A very nice and cozy place. All the equipment you could ask for no matter your athletic level. Plenty of cardio equipment, free weights, weight machines for all muscle groups. Kenneth got me and my workout buddy a great deal on a family/friend pass. The staff is so nice and they keep the facilities cleaned. Couldn't have asked for a better gym!

Fantastic experience: Very affordable facility and very clean with lors of equipment to choose from. My son loves he can come in at 5 am before school & everything is in line. The trainers & staff are Super Friendly & helpful when you need them. They have been great in helping me reach my Goals.

Fantastic experience: What do you get for your $15.95/mo? A nice clean gym with a very good selection of machines, free weights, treadmills, and step machines. It's really nice that they've added a real squat rack recently. I don't need the pool, fancy locker room, classes, etc. at the more expensive places, just a clean place to work out. This is it and the price is right.

Fantastic experience: The staff here are awesome! I trained here in the early part of the cycling season and felt welcome every visit. The staff are ready to offer advice whenever you need and the facility is clean. Great spot!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this gym with my future mother-in-law and using a trainer for about 9 months now and I've had a great experience! My trainer keeps things fresh and is very nice and flexible on scheduling. The gym itself is clean and has lots of options. The only two small complaints I might have would be that the temperature is unpredictable so sometimes it's really hot and sometimes cold, and there were a couple of weeks when like 4 of the treadmills weren't working. Eventually they got fixed, and staff assured us they were working on getting them repaired every time we inquired about them. The staff has been very nice and professional with us in all interactions.
