Fantastic experience: By far the Best gym and trainers in the Charlotte area. If you want a gym to sit around and BS with your buddies? This is NOT the gym for you, this is for those serious about their health and fitness.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym! Somewhere you can really train and for people who really LOVE to train. While there are newbies and people who workout casually there, there are tons of competitors there. Loud music plays over the speakers, as you hear the clanging of metal plates and grunting of people pushing themselves all over the gym. Best gym I've found in the Charlotte area for me, personally.
