Cancer took a rough toll on my body, but with personalized training, new equipment, and a staff that cares, I am able to accomplish any obstacle that life throws at me. Fantastic experience: Positive: Professionalism , Quality This is a state of the art gym. Great brand equipment but the difference is the facility is a step above other gyms, with a pool, basketball court, cryo chamber. Very clean and well maintained and professional service also.

I feel fantastic when I leave after every workout weather it be with my fantastic trainer Jack Cook or working alone. The entire staff is knowledgeable, friendly and most of all encouraging. No matter what your fitness level is Milestone is the place for you.

Fantastic experience: I started here month ago and it's great place, it's clean and spacious. It's also has everything you can think of with weights and equipment.. only bad thing is,, they run out of somethings like merchandise and gym membership cards and disinfectant wipes for the equipment. I still don't have a membership card.

Fantastic experience: Milestone has kept me accountable due to the fact every staff member has learned my name and continues to welcome me and make me feel happy to work out! the personal training program has given me results I never saw when I worked out without the training. The staff makes it a point to treat you more than just a customer but a friend.

The heated pool is the boom To top it off the classes are included aerobics- zumba-yoga-and so much more movie room-cycle room. You just have to come see it to believe it . And the best part is the price ! No contract, no enrollment fees, month to month. $31.99 Oh forgot about the full basketball court and track that will be open in May .

Fantastic experience: Milestone truly separates itself from all other gyms in the area. It is the only gym I’ve ever heard of that has access to recovery modalities like cryotherapy, infrared body wraps, and compression therapy. The personal training they have is amongst the best in all of Cleveland. I love hitting the swimming pool after a hard workout!

Fantastic experience: High end gym. Very clean. Most of all though, the staff was personable and I felt they truly cared about me and my goals. I signed up for a trainer and so far I’m down 25lbs. I was hesitant to sign up to a gym being overweight but they really made me feel welcome. One of the best decisions I ever made!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this gym! I do cryotherapy, infrared body wrap, compression therapy and I am about to start strength training! Cryotherapy is especially helpful for my fibromyalgia, joint pain and inflammation! The body wrap helps clear out toxins and helps with my weight loss! I feel like a "brand new "person! I'm 37 and feel 22 again! I would def recommend this gym! The staff really cares about you as a person and cares about helping you succeed!
