Positive experience: Trina is wonderful and is flexible with students who have alternating schedules and is willing to work with you on the length of your membership. Very clean and convenient as well!

Fantastic experience: Hambden Health & Fitness is a great gym! It's open 24/7 (with cameras throughout for safety,) it has cardio machines (treadmills, elliptical, stationary bikes) free weights, and resistance machines. Hambden Health & Fitness also offers personal trainers, Zumba, bootcamp and yoga classes. It's the best all-around gym in the area! Call them for a trial!

Members are friendly and trainers are available to help you reach your goals. Classes are also available such as Yoga and Boot camps.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful newly renovated gym!! Took a yoga class there & absolutely loved the atmosphere. The owner is very personable and will make sure that all of your needs are taken care of.

Fantastic experience: This gym has free weights, cardio machines, resistance machines, speed bag, heavy bag, and many other items that other gyms don't have. There is an open area to stretch and exercises on mats. There are pull up bars and power racks. There is personal training, yoga classes, Zumba classes, and other classes available. My gym of 20 years closed and i tried many gyms and Hamden Health and Fitness has everything I wanted.

Fantastic experience: Trina the owner is great, I love the equipment and it's 24/7 so I can go whenever it fits my schedule. Trina has also expanded the club recently after a bad storm damaged the club a few months ago. The club had it's reopening in June 2017 and it's beautiful!
