Fantastic experience: Wow, please do not take Patricia Duffy’s advice. Before paying attention to her feedback, click on her name and see what she has to say about what look like to be EVERY business she deals with. I am not from the area but this looks like a great place that is trying to create a warm and friendly environment for people to exercise in. It is shameful that this woman did this. Keep up the good work Welcyon. Patricia Duffy, find something else to do with those degrees than harass small business owners trying to make a difference.

Fantastic experience: A quiet place with easy to use machines which are programed for each individual using a chip card. Very friendly and helpful staff.
