Fantastic experience: The Transformation Club, Justin and Janell, have been very creative and resourceful with the challenges of 2020. From on-line workouts each morning, yoga sessions, nutritional counseling, mid-afternoon dance breaks, transformation podcasts, they got it all going on. We are grateful and look forward to getting back to the group workouts at the Club again.

Fantastic experience: I'm so glad I took the plunge 3 years ago and joined The Transformation Club! It's great to be surrounded by positive, supportive people intent on becoming better versions of themselves. It's more than just a place to exercise. There are lots of tools, seminars, and support to help change your mindset to get you on the right track. Free nutrition counseling and yoga classes too. They frequently run specials where you can 'try before you buy'. That's how I got started, and found it easy to get started, even after not working out for a long time. No judgement, just support.

Fantastic experience: I joined the 6 week challenge to hopefully find a place where I could work Out & keep up! In my past other clubs intimidated me & I felt like just a number. The transformation club starts you off by teaching you so much about nutrition. They tailor workouts to your individual needs so from the beginning you feel totally acommplished. This is followed by a mindset workshop that really gets you focused on long term goals. It has brought such peace to my life and taught me how to stop & smell the roses along the way. Justin & Janelle's mission is to support & coach each person indivually. I have accomplished so much! - lost weight & toned Up. Looking better @ 51 than I did @ 40. - improved cardio fitness with a huge drop in my resting heart rate. - clean eating habits that are helping my entire family lead healthier lives. - energy levels that keep me going all day - great appreciation for life & everything I have. - working out 6 days a week because I really love it. - I am happier & smile more! Instead of thinking ahead to all tasks I have to complete I stop & smell the roses. - part of a great team. This amazing couple put their heart & souls into transforming everyone's life. There is no where out there like the transformation club. Please try one of the challenges & i will be there to welcome you. Then you will truly understand why it's called the transformation club. Fantastic experience: The Transformation Club is an amazing Gym to be a part of! Justin and Janelle are awesome, as well as the rest of the team, and they care for each and every member. Their pivots during the pandemic have been amazing, and still strive to deliver top notch service and workout routines both virtually and in-person (when permitted). For anyone looking to have a bit more hands on workout experience, with all the tools to help you achieve your fitness goals, I would highly suggest checking out The Tranformation Club!

Fantastic experience: We are so thankful for the Transformation Club and it's entire team for encouraging us to be our best selves. They push us to go outside our comfort zones, motivate us to better ourselves, and help us improve our mindset. This is more than just a gym! They have been so creative with COVID-19 and not skipped a beat in terms of offerings. We have been working out from home and don't feel like we're missing out on maintaining our fitness. Fantastic experience: The Transformation Club and its owners :) commit 100% to doing the right thing in all circumstances. During the challenges of COVID- classes, yoga, etc. has been available online, as well as communication via FaceBook, etc. The sense of community, the diligence and attention to running a truly quality business, and the efforts to connect with members that are made here-far surpass the average club experience!!

Fantastic experience: I had a number of fears when I first considered The Transformation Club… Will I be able to sustain my commitment to working out? The 20-minute drive. The monthly fee. The 4:45 am alarm. Will I be able to keep up? I felt from the beginning that there was ZERO pressure to keep up with anyone else. My anxiety about “doing the program” diminished with every alternative exercise option for my limitations (THANK YOU!). The drive and the alarm are irrelevant now. I love starting my day this way - I feel brighter and have so much more energy! When I first started, I had crippling pain going up a flight of stairs. I had a hard time getting off the floor and forget about doing a push-up… Now, after just 90 days, I can plank for over a minute, do 6 push-ups, and get through the entire Turkish Get-up! I have come to understand and appreciate with great confidence how much VALUE The Transformation Club provides. It is not just a place to work out. The additional education and coaching provided is MIND BLOWING to me. Your drive to change the fitness industry is to be applauded and should be emulated by everyone else in the industry. YOU GUYS GOT IT RIGHT!!! Can’t say it any louder or type it any larger!

Fantastic experience: Before joining The Transformation Club in 2016, I was a member of the big-box gym in town for many years. I would go a few times and then not for months. It was too big and overwhelming with no direction. It was the exact opposite at The Transformation Club… From the very first day, I felt like a part of the group. And, the individualized training gave me what I needed and also showed me what I could work towards. Today, I feel STRONG! When I started, I had back problems - I couldn’t bend over and squats were very hard. I’m amazed at what I can do now. I’m in better shape now than when I as in my 30s (I’m 56 now)! Finally, I can’t say enough about the social aspect. I’ve made many friends. I always feel encouraged and look forward to showing up. In fact, I get cranky when I can’t go.”

Fantastic experience: “Before joining The Transformation Club in 2015, I could never stick with a program, and I felt like I was just throwing my money away. When I joined The Club, I was immediately welcomed and felt that I belonged. The workouts are fun and the coaches are outstanding. I now identify as a person who works out consistently. Fantastic experience: Before joining The Transformation Club, I always feared failing...again! It was the number one thing holding me back. Now, with the complete support from the staff and my fellow members at The Transformation Club, I don’t feel that way anymore. It also helps that there’s such a great community that’s working together; I don’t feel like I’m constantly comparing myself to others - how they look or how much better they are than me. It’s just not like that here. I can really tell the difference when I’m taking care of myself - I have the energy to keep up with my 3 kids, my mood is lighter and more positive, and being a mom is more fun and not as taxing. I’m also really enjoying all the mindset training. Now I feel like I can make my future what I want it to be. I have the power within myself to create the environment, to create the mentality, to visualize what I want and to achieve it. I don’t just have to live with the consequences of the past; now I get to create my own consequences. The Transformation Club provides so much more than just great workouts. All those extras they pour into us are worth more than gold!

Fantastic experience: Before joining The Transformation Club in 2014, I had not been in a regular workout routine in a fitness facility. We have a gym at the office where I work so I tried some sessions with a personal trainer, but that was limited. I later tried a local gym but only used the elliptical machine and got bored. I did some yoga classes but could never find a good yoga “home.” At 40-something I was “skinny-fat” with no muscle tone and I was out of shape. I wanted to get stronger, have more energy, and improve my overall health, but I wasn’t motivated to figure it out on my own. I first heard about The Transformation Club through Janell’s 21-Day Detox Challenge. I learned so much about nutrition and how food affects the way I feel. This was key to take the next step to try the workouts… However, right when I decided to join, I broke my wrist. I was concerned about recovery, but I was assured that they would accommodate my still-healing wrist...and they did! I received a warm welcome and the coaches and members were encouraging. I also realized that everyone has strengths and weaknesses and opportunities to grow and be challenged so I wasn’t any different that way. In addition to gaining strength and improving my muscles, I’ve also gotten much healthier. I’ve been able to lower my cholesterol, and my lung doctor is really happy with where things are at. At over 50, my broken wrist is a distant memory, my arms are strong, and I’m in the best shape of my life...which gives me the energy to keep up with my three active sons. I also do yoga at The Transformation Club and I love it! Something else to point out is all the mindset training and deeper learning The Club provides. It’s really improved the way I live and grow each day and how I interact with my family, friends, and co-workers. I am much happier, motivated, and confident. This has been a huge benefit at home, plus it has highly impacted my career in a positive way, as well. I am continually inspired by The Transformation Club staff and my fellow members to be the best version of me.

Fantastic experience: “Before joining The Transformation Club, I was nervous to workout in a facility with other people. Change can be scary. Fortunately, I felt welcomed and supported from the get-go. Stepping out of my comfort zone really paid off! Now, I feel stronger both physically AND mentally. And, while dealing with a few challenging personal situations, having The Transformation Club in my life helped me get through those in a more productive and positive way. Fantastic experience: Before coming to The Transformation Club, I would get injured doing other programs. After joining The Club, I quickly learned that those other programs were falling short on building my core strength. Now my fear of injury or having to stop exercising has disappeared. I’ve been going strong now at The Club since 2016! And, that strength has carried over to everything I do - from groceries to gardening, and especially skiing! I’m also happy to say that I dropped about 25 pounds and put on healthy, lean muscle. I’m down two sizes and I feel great! The Transformation Club has become part of my extended family. I would encourage anyone considering to join us - stop making excuses and start taking care of YOU!

Fantastic experience: I am currently in the middle of the 6 week challenge and love this place!! They are so supportive and welcoming. During the workouts they are able to give me alternative exercises for a knee injury that I have. They focus on the “positives” of life and help you prioritize and think about what is important to you and what your goals are. They teach nutrition, healthy living, and positive mindsets along with the workouts. This place is the “whole package” and they truly care about you!!!

Fantastic experience: Finally found a gym i enjoy going to! EVERYONE Is encouraging, supportive and fun! It’s like getting your own personal trainer in a group setting. Exercises are different everyday of the week and they change routines every few weeks to keep your body challenged! There are several classes thruout the day to accommodate your schedule. I more than highly recommend this gym!

Fantastic experience: As I'm sure you've all heard I recently finished the Chanhassen Transformation Club's 6 week challenge. It was a great experience, but also hard work. The exercise included strength, endurance and cardio. It was a varied schedule some of which I enjoyed more than others. The instructors are fun, open and knowledgeable and take great care to make sure they address any physical limitations you may have. I personally have very tight hamstrings and was always given alternative exercises so I didn't cause additional damage. Nutrition is a large focus with the plan. They offer Eniva supplements and special seminars to help you deal with the holidays. Janell shared some great recipes and ideas on how to handle all the temptations. We were told to give yourself a break and enjoy the holiday and then get back on the plan the next day. Make good choices, however if you do go off track a bit don't beat yourself up just get back on your plan. Mind, body, spirit - as the club title states total "transformation". Justin has a daily blog that is informative and supportive. Again it was a very positive experience and I reached my goal thanks to the staff and required guidelines. I personally needed the structure to follow through.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience these past 6 weeks. I participated in the Transformation Club’s 6 week Challenge. My intent was to lose 20 pounds in 6 weeks and learn ways to change my lifestyle for the better. I achieved so much more. While I lost 15 pounds I am well on my way to losing more and have acquired the knowledge and skills through being at the Transformation Club. Justin and Janell, the owners, have created a wonderful environment to help me make this change. They have great fun workouts with great music playlists, an amazing coaching staff who are very skilled and very encouraging and energizing, the best staff who are always welcoming, super friendly and helpful, plus wonderful yoga instructors. I’ve met many lovely people who are struggling like me to learn and become the best version of themselves. Everyone is of vary levels of fitness and all have been very friendly and positive. I’ve even made a few new friends! Justin and Janell provide great information about nutrition and how to eat healthy and along the way lots of daily encouragement and support. I highly recommend the Transformation Club to my friends and family plus to all who are looking for a real solution to making a permanent lifestyle change to become the best version of YOU that you can become!

Fantastic experience: Heads up: Long post :) So, this January, my husband suggested I join the Transformation Club and take up their 6 week 20lb challenge. I wasn't sure initially but he motivated me and his one statement stuck: What do you have to lose? The timing was right (since i was going to be home for 6 week period which is a luxury since I travel every week for work). So i signed up, and boy! was I glad I did!!! Here are my final numbers after 6 week challenge: Challenge was to have a total transformation of 20lbs or more (transformation = Loss in body fat + Gain in lean muscle) Fat loss: 12.3 lbs (difference between excess fat before and after) Lean muscle gain = 3.2 lbs Total weight loss = 7.3 lbs Total Transformation ~ 11.1 lbs This is AMAZING! especially since my scale rarely moves and when it does, its in the wrong direction! So this was not just unusual, but also downright magical! Here are my lessons learnt: 1. What you eat is the most important for weight loss: Macro nutrients and their quantities per meal 2. When you eat is just as important: Understand the metabolic mechanism and hormones: time your meals 3. Timing between meals: This goes back to point#2. mess this up and it wont matter what you eat, it will affect your loss negatively. 4. Exercise: What you do matters. So spend some time and resources to set a routine that best meets your goal. Had it not been for Justin Yule and Janell Yule at the Transformation Club, I would not have gotten these results and these lessons. I am forever grateful for them to educate me, coach me and arm me with information that is relevant, useful and ACCURATE. in this age of Google, there is plethora of information available on diet and exercise, but this place gave me the basics of PROPER NUTRITION which is most essential. The coaches at this club are amazing, they motivate, explain, teach, correct you, and most important are patient :). They push you to be better than your previous self. I plan on keeping up my new lifestyle and my committment to my own health and fitness. Once again, thanks to my husband first and foremost and transformation club for giving me the kickstart I so badly needed.

Fantastic experience: My six week challenge was a great experience. The staff and members of the club are welcoming and supportive. The staff is very knowledgeable and can adapt to each individual’s needs. Before the challenge, I was a regular headache sufferer. Migraines were a part of my life weekly. During the challenge, I had no headaches after day 2. I had more energy. During the challenge, I had multiple very stressful events happen in my life. The challenge gave me the tools to help manage the stress and not make things worse by stress eating. I didn’t know it when I signed up, but the challenge was exactly what I needed to get through this difficult season of life. I continue to use the tools to manage my stress better. I would highly recommend the Transformation Club if you are looking to make a major change and take back over your health!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I just completed the 6 week challenge at The Transformation Club in Chanhassen. I originally heard about the Club from a friend who had done the 20 pound, 6 week challenge in the past. We had been talking about getting into better shape for a while and when I saw the Challenge on Face Book we decided to give it a try, and we are glad we did! We have lost many unwanted pounds and have gained strength, endurance and mobility and are much healthier for participating. The Yules and all the instructors were always friendly and very encouraging. Working out with a group kept us accountable and helped keep us motivated. They have provided me with recipes, coaching with nutritional information and the tools I need to continue to maintain a healthy lifestyle. We had a great experience and would encourage anyone wanting to jump start their way to better health to accept the Challenge!

Fantastic experience: I just finished the 6 week 20 lb challenge at the Transformation Club. The best thing I could have done for myself. My health has never been better and I feel fantastic. The atmosphere at the club is great for anybody looking to get healthier. You don't feel like anybody is judging you. From start to finish the staff has been so helpful and encouraging. The nutrition plan I have been following has changed the way I look at food. The information I have gained by attending this club, I feel has set me up for a great future for my mind and body! I would recommend the Transformation Club highly to anyone that is looking to join a place where the staff really does take an interest in each and every club member. Fantastic people!

Fantastic experience: I was in need of a change. I was overweight, lacked energy, and I felt like I was on a downhill slide toward poor health. I often thought that I would like to start exercising more, eat healthier foods, and get more sleep but I could never get motivated. Then one day I happened across The Transformation Club and their 6-week challenge on Facebook and, never one to refuse a challenge, I inquired, attended the orientation, signed up, and started the program 2- weeks later. Now six weeks later I'm 22.5 pounds lighter and I've adopted a healthy regimen of good diet, exercise, and better sleep. The word "Transformation" is no misnomer for I feel as if my life has truly been transformed. I have a renewed opportunity to get back to doing the things I loved to do before I became sedentary -- Waterskiing, soccer, running, tennis. Janelle and Justin are a formidable team who combine expert knowledge in nutrition and personal training with a fun, supportive and friendly environment. Do yourself a favor and sign up.

Fantastic experience: This is the first club that I have trained in that cares about me and my goals. Support was always available both at the club and away from it. The staff was excellent and encouraging. They knew me by name by my first day in the program. Even tho this was training in a group setting, I felt that I received their personal attention at all times. This was one of my biggest challenges and I am very grateful that the staff and owners were with me every step of the way. The workouts were great and no detail was spared on proper form for maximum results. I am so glad that I found this place. Quality facility and equipment. I was so impressed and motivated that I signed up for a membership to continue my fitness / lifestyle goals. Thank you to the staff for the dedication and professionalism that you gave to me.

Fantastic experience: I have been to a lot of gyms during my adult life, and the way this gym is run and the way the staff show they care and help you have a GREAT Workout, FAR exceeds any other gym that I have ever been to. I started out a little nervous and had very little self confidence in working out with others, especially mixed company. But even after the first week I was gaining more self confidence and had lots of fun while working out and getting to know others. I have not felt so good physically or mentally about my accomplishments in a long time. We were told at the beginning "With in these walls your life will change" and they were right. I have changed, I am much stronger and more confident in what I can accomplish. I am very grateful to all the coaches not only for coaching the workouts, but also coaching healthy eating habits. I would encourage anyone who might be considering going to The Transformation Club to take the leap and go for it!!!

Fantastic experience: Well the challenge is over and I've met my transformation goal of 20+ lbs. Between losing 20.3lbs,I also gained 7.7lbs of lean muscle (I think that's what they call it. All I know is it's a good thing). The daily workouts at The Transformation Club in Chanhassen were amazing and I want to thank everyone there, especially the owners Justin Yule and Janell Yule. You helped me make a commitment, manage that time, change my eating habits for the better and finally achieve the goal of a 28 lb transformation! The biggest thing I enjoyed about the time there is that every workout seemed to fly by. I'd get to the club and the next thing we were done. It wasn't a struggle to get through the workout, don't get me wrong the workouts are tough, they just have them set up too go quickly. I would absolutely recommend to anyone who wants to finally make that change and take control of their lives again to sign up as soon as you can for the next 6 week 20 lb challenge. They will not be doing these forever! Once again thank you to everyone in the challenge, the trainers and all the support groups, it was completely worth ever minute. Craig Kinsel

Fantastic experience: I joined the 6 week challenge at The Transformation Club in January 2017. I saw the results of others on their Facebook page and was encouraged it would work for me too. The staff was great to work with. Patient, fun, and always encouraging. The member and fellow challenger camaraderie was awesome!! The support was always there. I would highly recommend The Transformation Club. This great team will help you kick start your fitness or enhance your current fitness routine and help you refine how you eat and think about food. This experience has been extremely positive. Believe in yourself and make the move!

Fantastic experience: The 6 week challenge is a great opportunity for anyone who struggles with motivation and confidence in weight loss. It is a very structured workout and after every week you get better, stronger, and work harder everyday. This program works if you follow the nutrition guidelines and do 5 workouts a week. You will get a lot of support from the staff, Justin and janelle are the owners and they are wonderful and actually are here to help you along the way and they actually care about the people who come here. They all know your name and make you feel apart of their community. I personally lost 24lbs in 6 weeks, and have never felt this healthy. I have always been discouraged about weight lifting/circuits not sure that I was doing it correctly and they help you every work out to ensure you are doing it correctly...it's like have a personal trainer and not paying the high prices. Also the Yoga classes are wonderful and has made me want to do more yoga. And finally the product line that they promote Envia is fantastic and I will continue to use this product. I say join what do have to loose except for unwanted pounds!

Fantastic experience: The Transformation Club - 6 week challenge The 6 week challenge came at a time when I was ready to embrace a physical change. Putting in the time and effort on my part was made enjoyable with the amazing team they have in place. You feel welcomed immediately when you walk in the door. Every employee there is encouraging and make themselves available to help you make your journey successful. My amazing coach, Kirstin Dragasakis ️and the owners, Justin Yule and Janell Yule, are always there to answer any questions or concerns you might have. Daily positive videos and emails with wonderful tips are sent to you. A private FB group is there for camaraderie. Seminars on healthful eating, nutrional grocery shopping, and mindset are peppered through out. It is a complete package. Yoga included! In the end, you realize even if you do not lose the 20 pounds(I lost 22) in 6 weeks, you have gained strength and power over your body. You have gotten stronger and healthier and have gained knowledge that will continue to help you on your journey forward. Namaste

Fantastic experience: I just completed the 6wk 20lb challenge with a weightloss of 18.9 lbs and an increase of 3.8 in my lean body mass giving me a 22.7 transformation. I am in awe that I was able to achieve it and that this program really works!!! The workouts are circuit style that are fun, fast and highly effective. You are working out in a group but there is always a trainer there giving individual instruction and motivation. Exercising has never been my thing, but I really enjoy the group workout. I love the people here and the overall atmosphere. I'm not embarrassed of my abilities nor the fact I don't have the latest and greatest cute athletic wear. Anything goes here. It sounds so cliche but it truly is a family inside the clubs walls. I am so thankful I took this leap of faith and SO thankful for Justin and Janelle Yule for believing in me and supporting me with their advice and guidance to succeed! I am looking forward to the continued journey as a member of this club!

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough amazing things about The Transformation Club. Between the nutrition, workouts and seminars, anyone will transform to their best version of themselves. The 6 week challenge started off as a weight loss journey, and became so much more! I now view what I am fueling my body with a lot differently, take pride in what I am doing, and truly know I can maintain a healthier lifestyle. Before I started the challenge, I looked at going to the gym as something I had to do to get in shape, a couple days into the challenge, I looked forward to going every single morning (it doesn’t hurt I made some great friends along the way). Fantastic experience: I just finished the 6 week challenge (actually 5 weeks + 3 days due to travel plans) and would recommend it to anyone looking to start a change in themselves for the better. I consider my involvement and outcomes from the challenge a big success and not just because I was able to lose 22.3 pounds but because of the process in which I was able to accomplish that goal and everything I learned along the way. Commitment is the key to success and with the Transformation Club’s 6 week challenge it’s as simple as following the program they present and understanding you need to change some of the things with your current lifestyle that got you to this point. Justin & JanelI Yule are super supportive as club owners and instructors and are experts in their fields. Kirstin & Toni great at leading the daily sessions and ensuring you are doing each exercise correctly as to not injure yourself and to get the most benefit possible. The team really wants you to succeed and are very encouraging and they provide you with all the information you need to do just that.

Fantastic experience: I am so happy that I took this challenge and feel so proud to step out of my comfort zone . Thank you 'The Transformation Club' for giving me and so many others the platform for losing ....noo, but regaining their inner strength, self confidence and stamina to perform and be healthy. Thank you to all the staff members for their lovely support, but special thanks to Justin Yule, Tony , Mel, and Jarby .. you guys have a wonderful heart! God bless you! Fantastic experience: My experience at the Transformation Club was great. From the first orientation meeting with Justin, the initial weigh in, and right up to the final weigh in. The team made sure that we could safely execute all of the exercises that we did. They measured my flexibility to ensure that I worked my way up safely. They had alternative exercises for you to do at every station so I never felt uncomfortable participating. The Nutritional information Janell shared will stay with my family as we continue to raise our boys in a healthy home. Carrots do taste like candy! J Everyone on Janell and Justin’s staff, Kirsten, Toni, Jamie, Melanie, and Derrick were so helpful. Whenever I needed help to make sure I was doing the exercise safely, correctly, and even if I wanted more of a challenge, they were there for me. Fantastic experience: Being part of the 6-week transformation challenge was a great experience. Justin, Janell, Toni, Melanie, Jessica, and Jarby are great at what they do and bring a lot of fun and knowledge into the work outs and wellness programs. Really anyone can do the workouts as they are at your level and pace but are in a group atmosphere. Absolutely no judgement, and you come out feeling great and ready for or wind down your day. Even if you don't make the 20 lbs/6 weeks, you post a win in that you got up and got moving! Highly, highly, recommend the Transformation Club!

Fantastic experience: The 6 week challenge was a Success! I joined on a referral from friends that have also had success. If you're ready to make changes and lose weight along with gain strength and good eating habits, this is a great program. There are no "magic pills" - or "special meals" to buy ~ just clean eating and exercise. The Club offers knowledge in nutrition and training. Lots of helpful information and Support from Justin Yule, Janell Monson Yule, Kirstin Dragasakis and other staff members. They offer options from beginners to advanced and make sure your form is correct while training. Definitely an uplifting "feel good" place to work out!

Fantastic experience: I just completed the 6 week 20lb challenge and I feel great! Although, I did not meet the 20lbs I changed my way of thinking towards working out and eating clean! This is truly a program that gets you to think of the big picture. One of the best parts of the club are the trainers! They keep you motivate with a feeling of friendship and not judgement! I have taken a lot away from this experience and although this is cliche I think it has changed my life for the better! The only thing I would say they could do better is be more forth coming with pricing and package for after the challenge! I would highly recommend this program!!!

Fantastic experience: I am glad to be part of 6 week challenge it's very great opportunity, during and after my 6 week challenge I am physically strong and mentally very happy seeing my transformation. Diet plan is great and doable with nutritionist help and eniva products it's became more convinent and stopped craving which is one of the biggest challenge. I learned about myself that I can do work out every day or weekly 5 days ,before I never believed or tried to do continous workout daily after transformation club workouts which was fun doing and made me interest in workout . I will continue to do workout and maintain a healthy diet and will never give up on these. Got great transformation and inspiration from transformation club last but not least face book communication and tips on email by Justin was vfery helpful and motivational. thanks to all coaches and my workout friends for your encouragement .

Fantastic experience: If you are looking to get a kickstart back into your nutrition and workouts this is the place to do it. The people working with you take the time to get to know you, what your needs are, and what your limitations are. They push you to do your best without exceeding any limitations you may have, guide you in your nutrition needs, and motivate you every time you step in the gym. It was exactly what I needed to back on track nutritionally and physically. Not only were the staff awesome, but the members and fellow challengers were amazing too!! It was a blast working alongside such fun and invested people every day.

Fantastic experience: My wife found the club on Facebook and suggested that I give it a try, and I am glad she did. This truly has been a transformative event in my life and the knowledge I gained is something I can take with me. The staff was knowledgeable and showed that they really care about my life and not just only my progress. Also the information on the diet was great. Having a plan to follow was instrumental in my success. The only thing that I would like to improve is the number of late workout options. My work schedule only allowed me to workout at 5:45am... a 6:30pm class would have been nice. I would recommend this program to anyone looking to live a healthier life. Thank you for helping me start my change!

Fantastic experience: This place is more than just a gym. Justin and Janell are the perfect team of owners. Justin handles with training side, and Janell focuses on the nutrition side. The people at the front desk greet you by name. The coaches are awesome, always upbeat, helpful, and supportive. The workouts are fun and yet totally challenging. The nutrition plan is all laid out for you. I did the 6 week, 20 lb challenge there and felt totally supported with daily emails, a facebook group, meal plans, etc. They really do set you up to succeed, it's up to you to do the work! I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic experience: My experience with The Transformation Club has been fantastic!!! I recently completed the 6 Week Challenge. I diligently followed the nutrition plan, and the workout plan. I could not be more pleased with the results. I was able to lose 26 lbs in the 6 weeks of the challenge. While the challenge was great, the things I learned during the challenge were even better. I have learned how to eat in a way that encourages my new healthy lifestyle. I have also gained a new level of strength and endurance that energizes my daily activities. Fantastic experience: After completing my six week challenge, I feel better than ever! The coaches are amazing at this club and really take the time to help you and give you advice. After going to other large clubs I found myself skipping workouts, and there was no one there to hold me accountable. At the Transformation Club, everyone is welcome, no matter where you are at in your weight loss journey. It's a strict program, but the end result is completely worth it. If I can do it, anyone can!

Fantastic experience: Just completed the 6-week Challenge at the Transformation Club, it was a significant first step in the right direction. I had a great experience and would recommend it, especially if you your body may need a little TLC or if you have some previous injures to work with/around. The staff is knowledgeable and very supportive and will help you adjust the workouts to your body's needs. The group personal training was a first time experience for me, it made working out more fun than I have experienced in the past. Plus a touch of group accountability didn't hurt a bit. Every workout the staff and members made me feel like I could train at my body's level without feeling guilty for not being more fit. Thank you Transformation Club!!

Fantastic experience: The Transformation Club helped me get back on track with my healthy lifestyle. I would recommend the 6 week 20 pound challenge to anyone. The Transformation club works with all fitness levels and ages. I am also very impressed with the employees of the club. Every single person working there is extremely friendly and truly care about you and your progress. They are always cheering you on and motivating you to keep going. The members at the Transformation Club are just as amazing. I have made some long lasting friendships here. I really enjoyed doing yoga classes (included) after my workouts a couple of times a week.

Fantastic experience: I first learned about The Transformation Club from a colleague who participated in the 6-Week 20lb Challenge earlier in the year. She progressed with her goal week to week; sharing information about the nutrition plan, the workouts, and the staff. At first, I was a bit skeptical, thinking that 20 pounds in 6 weeks was a lofty goal, but I wanted to give it a shot so I signed up. The Transformation Club is unique. The owners, Janell and Justin Yule, along with their coaches and staff were personally invested in my journey and knew me by name the first week. Although I did not make the 20lb goal, I gained the knowledge, skills and confidence to continue on my journey. They provided nutrition plans and modified workouts so those at any skill level could achieve their goals. Fantastic experience: I recently successfully completed the 20 pounds in 6-week challenge. Gained some muscle weight and lost 15 pounds fat. The program did change the way I think about food and Exercise. I am not big fan of protein but now I started adding some protein in my daily diet. Diet plan was good. I love Eniva products. This gym is truly like no other. The coaches/Staff are all incredible. They actually remember who you are. They really do hire top quality people both in terms of fitness knowledge and personality. They are extremely motivating and make the classes fun. If you've been thinking about losing weight for years or even months, try it out for 6 weeks and put your all into it. Follow the diet plan without cheating you will lose 20 pounds in 6 weeks.

Fantastic experience: This is seriously the BEST fitness club in the area. If you love a positive environment, supportive community, educated and awesome trainers and a fast, effective workout, then this is the place to join. The classes are group fitness classes and are scaled to an individuals needs. A functional movement screen is done when you sign up and periodically during your membership to determine any imbalances that can be fixed with corrective exercises. Everyone at the club is of different ages, fitness levels, genders, race and socioeconomic status. Becoming a member here changed my life (seriously) and I am now excited to workout everyday!
