Old Skool Iron Modesto

Fantastic experience: Old Skool Iron Modesto’s remote (online) training program is phenomenal! I’ve lost 15lbs so far with a fitness plan tailored for me, a food program where I picked the foods I like to eat, and weekly call ins with my awesome coach, Tom. Tom keeps me motivated with daily texts messages and fine tunes my program on the fly. You’re not going to find another program around that gets you results like Old Skool Iron Modesto! Hit. Them. Up.

Fantastic experience: One of the baddest gyms in the valley! I was glad to be part of the OG crew when we were Stanislaus Strength but this is definitely a go to gym for everyone who is looking to get into powerlifting, weightlifting, strongman, military prep, and bootcamp classes. It’s a great environment for all and what’s even more badass is that’s is a Girls Who Powerlift Affiliated Gym! Pretty soon to be the home of many powerlifting meets here in the valley!
