Positive experience: YMCA of Central Virginia is very good. I appreciate having multiple locations to choose from. I use the Y Express most often it's close by, but I wish they offered childcare. I have been especially impressed with their yoga classes (Maranda is awesome) & barre fusion classes (Amanda White is awesome too). It's reasonably priced & helpful in meeting your fitness goals.

Fantastic experience: I typically go early morning on the weekends and am to use the equipment with little to no wait times. facilities are always clean.

Fantastic experience: Good gym for weight lifting. Good free weights and other equipment, clean, and not too busy.

Fantastic experience: It is the best Y in Lynchburg if you are using gym equipment and nothing else.
