Fantastic experience: Awesome Gym, Staff, members & a lot more great things. If u wanna get all kinds of gains or simply loose any amount of weight, these ppl even got a+ nutrition, strategies and programs for you... Even if u don't need all that the place of it self is designed to give you result if u put your mind to it. Bus stop are close and parking is also gr8. Would definitely recommend this Gym to anyone!!!

Fantastic experience: The staff here is super friendly very helpful and the facility itself is clean and has all the essentials when it comes to getting a great pump. Parking can get a Lil crazy but nothing really to boo hoo over because even on a packed night you can get a spot. Great gym great price I'm sold

Fantastic experience: Great friendly staff. I love the layout and gym equipment. They got three squat racks all with a platform so you can deadlift easily as well. Membership rates are pretty affordable and I love that they're 24/7 Monday through Thursday.

Fantastic experience: I have never been to a better gym. Honestly. The vibe is chill and compact, the staff are friendly, there is actually parking, and even better, with your membership, there are so many amenities to take advantage of. Between the smoothie bar and the sauna in the locker room, this private gym can meet all of a gym-goer’s needs! I appreciate the variety of workout machines/equipment. What’s unique about this gym is the location; it overlooks the bay, so you can work out to a peaceful water view. I enjoyed my free 7-day pass, and hope to get a membership soon.

Fantastic experience: Loved the Atmosphere Here. Front Desk Staff was excellent in helping me sign up for the 7-Day Trial. Gym has a great amount of equipment and a Sauna for Post Workout Recovery. Men's Room was clean and even had Lotion and Mouthwash! Definitely signing up and making this my home gym.

Positive experience: Pretty good gym, got a lot of machines a few punching bags and a decent amount of racks. Great drinks and a nice inside grass area inside and outside. My only downside is the high costs for temporary memberships, especially those who are visiting for the winter or summer.

Fantastic experience: Been to plenty of gyms and I have to say this one tops them all. The staff is friendly and it is super clean. Everyone is in their zone. What makes this gym special are the two most educated individuals I’ve met so far: trainer/coach Jeffrey P. & Nutrition coach Tom M. They made me realize that fitness and health are extremely important and it’s always sustainable results over quick results. Not to mention their scenic view is soothing. Happy to be here!

The classes are amazing, along with the instructors that teach the classes. It really makes working out fun! I never thought I’d say this but I actually look forward to working out now!

Fantastic experience: Been to a lot of gyms and there’s none in comparison to this one might not have a pool but it makes up for that in other ways. The cost maybe a bit higher than the other gyms but it’s worth it..

Fantastic experience: "When you're here, you're family." This is the motto of The Olive Garden, and it can easily be applied to Limitless Fitness. However, in-order to fully-describe the attitude of the owners and staff of Limitless Fitness, this motto must also be expanded to include the sentence, "Even when you're not here, you're still family." When NYC gymnasiums were closed because of the COVID-19 lockdown, Founder Joseph Ponte immediately contacted me via e-mail. Like a protective father or brother, he assured me that my membership would be suspended for the duration of the lockdown; no days/weeks/months, whatsoever, would be subtracted from the remainder of my membership; and my membership-- intact with all remaining months-- would resume as soon as NYC gymnasiums were allowed to re-open. With timely e-mails, Joe kept me informed as to what Team LF was doing to ensure a clean, safe, and government-compliant facility when the lockdown was lifted. Every day of the COVID-19 lockdown, Manager Justine Orr-- like a loving mother or sister-- sent positive-mental-attitude e-mail messages to me. These messages included inspirational quotations from famous successful people, encouragements for me to create ways to exercise despite the gym-closures, and words-of-wisdom from her own experiences. When I visited the gym for the first time after the lockdown was lifted, Joe and Justine greeted me with genuine and palpable warmth and happiness. Fantastic experience: Out of every gym that I have been to Limitless has by far been the best one. Always clean especially with Covid happening. There is always someone cleaning the equipment to ensure their customers feel safe. The front desk staff are always friendly and help out with any questions that you may have about the gym. I highly recommend checking out this gym and using their 7 day free pass I guarantee that you will sign up by the end of the week. If your looking for personal training this is definitely the gym to be at, Ive been doing it for 4 months now and have never felt better in my life. Their trainers are amazing and very knowledgeable. They really do care and push you to achieve your goals.

Fantastic experience: Secret Gym Gem I’ve been going to LA fitness (new Hyde & Howard beach) for 5 years now. What a mistake. Horrible customer service. Tons of machines they never service. The people are borderline disrespectful. I was scared to come here because when it was “Gold’s Gym” I used to see these “meatheads” come in. Let me save you some time and increase your quality of life. There’s no hostility in here. My father came in (first time), worked out and lost his wallet. He went to the front desk and someone actually found it and gave it in. He couldn’t believe it. Front desk is super friendly. Gym goers here are extremely nice and they don’t stare at you and become rude when they want your machine. They have wipes to wipe down machines. The weights are not thrown everywhere like LA Fitness. There’s a staff who will organize them if they are not in proper place. 99% of the people here re-stack the weights and clean after themselves. There is someone who vacuumed the staircases and and gym floor (seen this happen twice in LA fitness in the 5 years I’ve gone). Amazing environment, super friendly, super clean. Even when packed I can always get a machine. ALL the machines here work and they service them extremely quick. Love it and can’t believe I lived a mile away and never came. Hope I saved you time and increased your quality of life.

Fantastic experience: From the second you walk in you are greeted warmly by the front desk. The gym is always spotless. It has so many machines, free weights , and classes. I highly recommend it!!! Friendly atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: Finally after months of not having a gym to go to, you really do miss it. The staff members are very kind and helpful! The trainers are knowledgeable and will 100% give you a work out! (Check them out) The gym is regularly cleaned, sanitizing wipes are available everywhere. Mask are worn by everyone and machines are all spaced out. I started with a 7 day pass and after my 3rd day going I immediately signed up. Limitless is great, the people are great. Anyone who knows of them will tell you the same thing. Check it out. You'll have a great time.

Fantastic experience: Jasmine was very nice, helpful and informative over the phone and in person. The gym itself was pretty calm and quiet which was nice. And the trial week is completely free which is also awesome!

They have cleaning people walking the floor & locker rooms cleaning everything 24/7! Great equipment, friendly and helpful staff, and overall great environment for working out! Love Limitless!

Fantastic experience: The staff and members treat each other like family and it’s a very comfortable environment. The staff knows everyone by first name and goes out of their way to help you find what you need. There is a wide range of equipment, trainers, instructors, and classes available. They have anything you could possibly ask for available in a gym.

Fantastic experience: Top notch gym. I was stranded @ JFK. (20mins away) I called Limitless and Melissa Neller picked up my call She welcomed me, offered a day pass with a reasonable fee and even saved me a towel. The members were friendly and accommodating to the semi-lost visitor. Thanks Limitless!

Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere. I feel stronger working out there. It might be because of the hot girls that work there. I always seem to do a few more reps, and one more set. Great pump at the end of each workout. Overall gym experience is great but i would like valet parking. That would be great. I’m exhausted at the end of my work out. Lol

The facility is kept clean, the staff is friendly and the new updates are appreciated. Fantastic experience: Best gym I’ve ever been to hands down. The staff is so accommodating and they all really go out of their way to make the members happy. Working or not, they’ll always respond to your needs. I’ve seen so many transformations happen over the last couple of years I’ve been there and it’s so motivating. Seeing the changes in this gym happen over this past year makes me really excited to see what’s next. They just opened a new boxing area downstairs. I think it’s great what they did with the space! Things are getting better every day at Limitless! I’m happy to say that The staff and members at Limitless have really become family to me. Definitely worth checking out!

Fantastic experience: Great gym, friendly staff, awesome environment. There is a 'home like' feel where management/staff really care for their members. They're constantly improving/maintaining this gym. The staff works hard to maintain the cleanliness of the weight room everyday. If equipment happens to break, it's fixed promptly. Has basically everything you'll ever need in a gym. Can get crowded at peak, but that's almost all gyms. 24/7 hours Mon-Thurs is a plus also.

Fantastic experience: I've nothing but great things to say about this gym. Ive been to just about every gym in the neighborhood, and with all the competition out there I think it's safe to say that Limitless fitness is number 1 for me. I'll start with the Managment and staff. Every time I walk in the gym we're always welcomed and greeted by the staff behind the counter. They go above and beyond and always are there for the gym members in regards to questions, assistance, and anything in between. The gym itself is clean, with brand new equipment. Monday through Thursday open 24 hours (which is great). What more could you ask for. Did I mention they have free classes, sauna room and even a room open to everyone with cross fit type training. Special thank you to Lauren, Priscilla, Thomas , Joe and all the other staff (Ramon I didn't forget about you. Thanks for keeping the gym clean) for always being there for me along with everyone else here. The gym feels like home and you are a big part of that!

Fantastic experience: Limitless Fitness is the best gym in Howard Beach. Very clean and a lot of machines to choose from. The staff is super friendly and the prices are reasonable. The classes are so good you really get a good workout. It's not like your usual corporate gym like LA Fitness who just takes your money and doesn't care. Limitless definitely cares and I would recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Golds gym was a beautiful gym I used while visiting my cousin. The people were very friendly and I loved the variety of equipment. It was also very clean that's very important to me. I have recommended this gym to several of my friends who live in the area.

Fantastic experience: Classic Golds Gym. I had a 10 hour layover , so I decided I would like to get a workout in. Seeing that JFK Airport doesn't have a gym like most good airports, I found this Golds Gym only 15 minutes away. I called them and asked if they could take my bag and they said yes they would just put it in the office so we got there and they did. They were extremely nice very helpful they even gave my colleague and I t-shirts for the gym. I was able to get my clothes out of my bag and take a shower in the shower is there, they even gave me extra towels. Then I got dressed and was able to come back to the airport clean and feeling good. Its a $20 standard fee for one day access to the gym but that was worth it to me instead of just sitting in the airport. These guys were great I highly recommend it!
