Fantastic experience: LOVEEE this gym! I lost so many things while working out, like my AirPods, phone charger, workout equipment AND Applewatch. Whenever I go to the front desk to get my belongings, it’s ALWAYS there. Friendly members and gym is always clean. I absolutely love that the gym has everything I need to make gainzzz and doesn’t get too crowded.

Fantastic experience: I loved this gym. Affordable, Clean and no extra bs that you’ll never use. I moved away but I wanted to take time to leave a review, because frankly they deserve it. They have great covid precautions, and especially great support over email with any issues or concerns. Maria, the manager, has been very kind and thoughtful during this hard time, with covid, to answer any questions I have and to keep me at ease as a client and new mom. Fantastic experience: A great workout, socially distant. This Synergy has all the necessary equipment to work all body parts, they have spin as well as aerobics classes. It's a core gym with no pool or sauna. The staff is friendly and accommodating. They are not 24hours anymore due to Covid but they are open extra hours. The machines are constantly wiped for safety.

Fantastic experience: Literally the only gym I have EVER gone to where the members rack their own weights. The dumbbells are ALL where they're supposed to be! Clean, well equipped, good atmosphere, costs almost nothing. Great gym!

Fantastic experience: It's a good gym for lifting weights and cardio. Very clean and organized Monthly price is $25 which is great. not sure about classes and I really don't care either. If you're a spoiled Long Island princess, try Lifetime or something.
