Fantastic experience: Great gym! Tried a few classes such as In the Zone, Barre, RVC Ryde and Yoga and loved them all. The staff and instructors are so kind and welcoming. It seems like the instructors really enjoy what they do. They clearly put in a lot of effort into their classes and the sequences they come up with (Special shoutout in no particular order to Tommy, Caroline, Jane, Gianna, and Gail!) The classes were all challenging in a fun way and I felt better after doing each and every one of them. I haven’t used the gym itself but it seems like it has everything you would need. A variety of gym machines, TRX, punching bags, several rooms for different classes, locker rooms, steam rooms, a smoothie bar and some sports courts. Everything seems to be cleanly and well-maintained too. Would definitely recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: The staff is friendly and helpful. The facility is clean. The cardio fit class is my favorite - so much energy and such a good workout. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Clean gym, open bright facility with natural lighting. <3 Lots of space to stretch. They leave their group fitness area open for member use when there isn't classes. Lovely yoga studio with great Hatha Yoga Instructors!

Fantastic experience: As a lifelong gym member, I’ve been to many - BQE in Queens & Sky in RVC were my favorites until Sportset. Cleanliness is key for me & this place is clean! The other attributes are the great use of space, many group fitness classes (past & current instructors are some of the best I’ve experienced), separate spin & yoga studios so members don’t have to move large equipment to lay their mats on a dirty floor. The only improvement I’d like to see is for the workout rooms to be less heated and/or have an area designated for those of us who’d like a fan running. Currently, I spend much time toweling off when I should be doing jumping jacks! I’m still here to stay

Fantastic experience: Sportset has it all! There is a form of exercise for people of all ages and fitness levels, and the membership reflects it. Personally, I love the yoga studio; wonderful instructors and nice variety of classes.

Ken, Janet provides a great information and services, sign up immediately, the club is spotless, variety machines, most important the organization and they’re willing to help you at any time! Highly recommend and very happy!

Fantastic experience: I love the RVC Ryde class! The workout is enjoyable, challenging, rewarding and I do not feel pressured to keep a certain pace. Laura is my favorite spin instructor because of her excellent song choices, variety of workouts, and her positive attitude throughout the class. Shout out to Laura for making exercise so fun!

Fantastic experience: Sportset Health & Fitness Club is a clean and quiet gym to get your workout done and have fun doing it. The members are friendly and just want to do their workout and go about the day. The setting is comfortable, and they have great staff to help with any questions that you may have. I have been going to Sportset for over 3 years.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of this fitness club since 2006. The club is well managed, it is very clean and well maintained. The staff and management are very professional. All issues and concerns are addressed in a timely manner. I highly recommend this establishment for your physical health needs.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love Sportset! I frequently take RVC Ryde classes and they are my favorite part of the week. The classes are set up well with good music. Gianna is one of my favorite instructors- she always motivated you to keep adding more gear and not give up!

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a spin/cycling class locally as many have closed due to Covid. I was happy to find this cycling studio in RVC. Barbie’s class is awesome - highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of Sportset for several years and have always enjoyed the instructors and their classes. I typically take spin and yoga classes. During Covid, when gyms were closed, they offered outdoor and virtual classes which were so needed during that time. Since reopening they have done a great job keeping the gym, locker rooms and equipment sanitized. They have made vaccines a requirement so I feel very safe there. I would absolutely recommend Sportset.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality They have racquetball courts for $25 an hour which is very reasonable. Racquetball courts hard to come by. They don’t hassle you when you’re Hour is about up. Always plenty of staff to assist if needed. Very nice staff and they have racquets and balls if needed ! I’m a fan

Fantastic experience: I love Sportset. I’m not a full time member. I go intermittently to use their racquetball court for an hour. I’m so happy they have them!! There are three. It’s a great place with so much to offer, classes, equipment, and a basketball court as well. There are programs for kids as well and there was a little birthday party happening in one of the rooms last time I was there. So, there’s a variety of options for the whole family. Awesome place! ♥️

Fantastic experience: Sportset Kids is an amazing organization with very caring and involved staff. I enrolled both of my daughters in the sports camp and was so impressed that I added additional programs as well. They have a great team. Ms Kaity is the best.

They have such a variety of classes, many options for cardio machines and the weight room has everything and any machine you could think of. The staff are pleasant & helpful. The gym is clean and modern.

Fantastic experience: The staff is so inviting and are really helpful. Facility is always clean and cleaning staff is always around maintaining the gym, very comforting to this germophobe. Gym is also conveniently located with accessible parking.

Fantastic experience: I love Sportset Health and Fitness. I had the pleasure of signing up for the RVC ride several years ago and had such a great experience. I recently returned for the yoga classes. Large room for yoga! Beautiful location. It’s a compact facility that uses the space well. They also have a protein shake bar that is amazing. And more importantly the staff is great and deserves a the biggest shout out because they’re the ones that make your experience amazing. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Sportsset is an incredible gym! Love the atmosphere, equipment selection, community of health conscious members, parking and delicious shakes and smoothies. I am a fitness professional and have been a member of various gyms for the past 20 years, sportset is definitely in my top five of all time! I highly recommend you join.

Fantastic experience: I love all the senior classes. the Senior Functional Fit as well as the Yoga class, they both push me to be the best that I can be. The staff is exceptional.

Whether your single or have a family, there’s a personalized experience for you and your kids, that I have only encountered in this gym over the last 10 years. Alway professional & accommodating regardless of who you are. I love it here; and have missed it greatly since moving a few weeks ago.

Fantastic experience: Sportset Health & Fitness Club is a pretty good gym. It has all sorts of good equipment to help people with their body improvement. And I personally like using the basketball court. The hoop itself is at a good height. A good way to work on free throws. But other than that I really enjoy working out here.

Fantastic experience: Top notch club - staff is extremely professional, gym is very clean, several amenities, extremely convenient next to train station. More of an upscale club than a typical gym. Cant recommend enough!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Sportset since 1986. Back then for me it was primarily a place to play racquetball. Over the years it has become a place where I can workout, and take classes in just about any type of workout regimen. Spinning is now one of my favorite choices. The instructors are terrific.

Fantastic experience: Great classes with skilled and pleasant instructors. Front desk staff are helpful and professional. I really appreciate their virtual component. Many of the classes are available to experience virtually. There is a good variety of yoga, aerobic and muscle toning classes. I haven't yet used the gym equipment, but it seems fine.

Fantastic experience: The gym is always clean and well ventilated! The classes are amazing! I never have an issue getting a machine or weights that I need! Staff are all very friendly and helpful!

Fantastic experience: Great experience at Sportset! Loved Assia’s step class and I plan to sign up whenever I am free at that time. Very easy to book a class via the app if you are not a member.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with Sportset! The gym is always clean, the staff are friendly and accommodating, and the machines are well kept and I can always find one to use during rush hour. I’m a big fan of the yoga and spin classes, and the staff make great smoothies for a post workout treat!!

Fantastic experience: Sportset is a great community Gym in the heart of RVC. There is a variety of group fitness classes designed to meet everyone’s needs and goals. I can do high intensity workout one day and Pilates the next. Staff/management are eager for feedback on areas of opportunities, which shows that they care. Only suggestion would be to have additional high intensity work outs in the evening hours to accommodate those with a 8-5 schedule.

Positive experience: It’s a great gym. They got great amount of equipment to use. Customer service is awesome. The only problem is that it gets crowded at 3 pm. Not enough space for everyone to workout, but overall it’s a great gym and would recommend going or trying it out

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of Sportset for years and have no intention of joining any other gym, especially some commercial franchise. I love that I walk in and everyone knows my name. My Sportset trainer has taken my strength and fitness to a level I never thought I could achieve and the classes make for a fun way to burn even more calories. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I took a beautiful yoga class with Karina on Tuesday night. Her soothing voice truly helped me relax and melt on my mat! At the same time she provided opportunities for me to challenge myself and practice yoga at my own pace. I loved how she walked around the room to check on everyone while offering the kindest and most encouraging words! I plan on attending her class weekly!

Fantastic experience: It’s a great gym. It’s got plenty of equipment always super clean. The staff is very welcoming. The basketball court has good competition in the evenings and mostly empty in the morning. You gotta pay for parking from 9am-4pm. Other then that it’s great. Rosita, Alex, and Alex are the best, always greeting with a smile.

Fantastic experience: I have been member of Sportset for over 30 years and it is better than ever. Equipment is clean and classes are plentiful. I like the family friendly atmosphere seeing the same members over a number of years. I especially appreciate how community minded Sportset is in supporting local charities and youth groups. One recommendation I would add is to continue with nice landscaping and flowers around the building and parking lot, and maintain it. Otherwise, very satisfied.

Fantastic experience: This is my go-to gym whenever I'm in town visiting family. Currently here for a longer-than-normal stretch of time, which only reinforces my deep appreciation of this place, its wonderful staff and members, and its great training facilities. I always have excellent workouts here and they have everything you need to accomplish your training goals. I'll miss this gym when I have to return home to Chicago! Thanks Sportset for being such a great haven for an exercise fanatic like myself!

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality I went for my first group fitness class on 1/23 and had a really great experience. The staff was friendly and attentive. The group room was spacious and Natalie, the instructor held a great class for anyone that’s just beginning their fitness journey to someone who may be well versed. Looking forward to trying other classes

Fantastic experience: I have been using this gym for several years. They have all kind of amenities for you as a member, they have kids classes as well as camps. You will find a spinning Studio, a beautiful Yoga Studio (I love Jeanne’s classes). The coaches that do the clases for the kids are the most patient caring and energetic people you can find. There is also a well equipped weights, cardio, basketball courts, squash courts PLUS a day care ( Mrs Maggie is the best). You will get a lot back for your money in this gym definitely a place to join. The staff is very cordial and you do feel like family here.
