Fantastic experience: SO I have to say that we moved here from chicago 6 months ago. We looked at numerous gyms to join. I have to say the first thing that stuck out in our mind was when we walked in we met Brian at the front desk. Brian was extremely helpful, Caring,Kind, Very professional. Brian gave us a tour of the gym. I must say the gym was very clean,great equipment Plenty of classes are offered here. I was also looking for a personal trainer and I was lucky to have got teamed up with Robert. Robert is a fantastic trainer he really listens and cares about you. To say the least I am very pleased we joined this gym. They make you feel like everybody here is family. So far I would say this was the best decision we made since moving here. I would say I don't think you will find a better gym . Thank you Brian for always being kind at the front door. Keep up the great work.

Fantastic experience: I was impressed by the warm greeting when I walked in the gym. The gym was nice, well kept, and clean. There was always someone there to help out when I was trying out a new machine and taught me what to focus on to reach my goals.

Fantastic experience: This gym is amazing. It's new and super clean. The staff here is the best! Casyn, Bryan, and Antonio at the front desk are a super team. Always right there to help!! They even have the best trainers in town!! A lot of fun classes as well. You won't disappointed. They all treat you like family here for sure!

Fantastic experience: This gym definitely deserves 5 stars. The staff here always ensures to make this gym is safe and organized environment. The staff will bend over backwards to make you feel welcomed and cared for. I have been going here for almost a year now and I will never choose any other gym. They offer so many different classes and their trainers always push you to be the best and never judge you for struggling. I definitely recommend giving this gym a try because I am certain you won’t be let down.

Fantastic experience: Since day 1, all the truth employees were extremely welcoming and accommodating. They do an excellent job of keeping the facility clean. Staff has even gone far enough to request feedback and recommendations on what kind of equipment to get in the future to continue to improve their gym.

Anyone can put some equipment in a warehouse and call it a gym, this place is a CULTURE, of excellence, support, growth, encouragement, good vibes and SICK gainz! The amenities are second to none, red light therapy, sauna, ice bath, you name it! The staff is the best and knowledgeable. THIS is the place to be.

Fantastic experience: I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! The workers are all amazing and so motivational. They are always looking to help you improve on your physical and mental health and teach you new lifts and techniques. The gym is super clean and spacious. As a former athlete, this is my go to place whenever I find myself in the Austin area!!!

Fantastic experience: Awesome Gym. Great staff, everything you need for weights or cardio. Difference maker is definitely the recovery focus. (Ice bath, very hot sauna.) Moench method is on site and is one of the best recovery teams I have worked with.

Fantastic experience: The cleanest, most hospitable gym I’ve ever been to. Became a member after one guest visit because the energy was so fantastic. Every employee makes a point to know their members, greeting and encouraging to everyone coming in the doors. The equipment is always clean, functions well, and there are plenty of options to get various workouts done.

Fantastic experience: The gym has ALWAYS been a priority for me. Like many people, covid hit and that changed... A lot of us adapted, bought home gyms, got on the peloton, or got weirdly creative with body weight exercises. But my goodness, getting back into not just a gym, but the Truth was exactly what I needed & looked forward to. This is by far the best gym I've been a member of. Super modern facilities, amazing locker room w/ a *working* sauna, and to be frank all that you truly need to get massive gains. But that's not the best part - the Truth has done a really good job putting their people first & recognizing what it's like to build 'strong' gym culture. From the front desk to the personal trainers all the way to the owners you're doing an incredible job. Keep up the great work!

Fantastic experience: Honestly it’s hard to know where to start. Truth family fitness is legitimately everything you could ask for in a gym, not only in terms of equipment but more importantly a staff/ FAMILY aspect. Each and every trainer, coach, staff member, and even owner of this fantastic gym truly make this place what it is. You walk in the door and are just immediately taken back by the atmosphere and attitude of the entire facility. Its constantly being cleaned, updated, and taken care of all while making others want to better themselves. I just love this gym, it’s location, it’s staff and their purpose. Truth family fitness is unlike any other chain gym I’ve been to! Just don’t think it gets any better than them!!

Fantastic experience: The Truth gym has been hands down the best gym I have ever been to. I have been do over a dozen different gyms throughout my workout experience and I have yet to find a family oriented gym with nothing but positivity and encouragement. Everyone who works there is judge free and forms you to be the best person you can possibly be. I recommend this gym over any other gym. They offer so many things that other gyms don’t have that makes the Truth such a home feeling environment. You have to try it out!! Bear and Shadi are the best!

It is sad to see specific individuals not respect the gym space and then trying to hurt such a wonderful small business. My experience here has always been positive and you really can’t ask for more out of a gym.

I have been a member pretty much since they opened this location and have found that it’s so much more than a gym, it’s a family, a culture, a place with likeminded individuals with goals, dreams, and life aspirations! The place has an energy about it that is so contagious. It’s something I have never experienced in any other gym (believe me I have been to plenty). It’s incredibly clean and well kept. The friendly faces that run the place from front desk all the way to ownership is incredible! Everyone is willing to help, offer a smile, and a warm welcome. It’s something special, unique, and if you haven’t been able to stop by and check it out yet, RUN don’t walk and experience it for yourself!

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Great owners and great employees. 10/10 recommend. Disregard the recent bad reviews - a salty individual who lost his membership due to inappropriate behavior (groped his female spotter multiple times) spammed Google w negative reviews. Glad the Truth team is willing to kick out members w this sort of behavior in effort to keep others comfortable and safe.

The staff is very kind and approachable. If there is any issue, they will listen to you and accommodate your needs accordingly. Fantastic experience: Best gym in the area! As someone who knows the prices of a lot of gym equipment… they literally spent millions on the equipment here and It’s always well maintaine and clean! Plenty of squat racks there’s a sauna, ice bath, red light, and tanning bed. They have it all!! Great gym and great people!

Fantastic experience: Last year was the first year I ever joined a gym, and I made the right decision for this being my first gym. I can’t stress enough how amazing the Truth Family Fitness is. From the gym equipment to the staff members and everything in between! Every morning walking into the gym made my mornings the best! Every machine is always cleaned. Every staff member is beyond friendly and welcoming. This gym continuously adds equipment, tanning beds, etc. to make it better. Nothing ever will compare!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been working out my entire life - and have seen family, public and private gyms from Boston to San Francisco - Truth Family Fitness is by far one of the CLEANEST gyms I have ever seen. The entire inventory of machinery and equipment is brand new. There is not a device lacking, dust, or rusting. There are a few things that keep me extremely motivated to retain my membership here. 1. Gym is spotless 2. Equipment is new 3. LockerRooms and Sauna are kept really nice and clean. 4. NEVER busy (their version of busy is FAR from what I know a busy gym to be) 5. Never any hogged equipment Most importantly there are 3 more things that keep me 100% here: 1. Boot Camp ran by Bear - want to get jacked and shredded? Come Monday nights 530! 2. High Fit Wednesdays - Danielle is a CHAMP - she runs a very professional, highly effective muscle building, weight shredding class every Wed Evening. 3. Spin & Pump on Thursdays - Mekena will have you crushing spin and weight lifting having you end your week physically accomplished and mentally crisp. Long winded review to say the least - but the staff here are top grade, experienced fitness professionals who can deliver results. Best of luck to you and your fitness journey.

Fantastic experience: I really love this gym. It’s extremely clean, staff stay out of your hair, but are there if you need them. The locker rooms are always spotless! It is a smaller gym, but that’s something I personally love about it. It does have plenty of equipment and quite the variety!

Fantastic experience: Convenient gym in North North Austin with food trucks and a bar onsite if you go in the afternoon or a weekend. Or there is always the walk to Redhorn after at any time

Positive experience: I’m trying out all of the gyms in the Cedar Park area and really loved Truth Family Fitness. It’s smaller, but less busy and has everything you need. The equipment, machines and sauna are all very nice. The only reason I’m not joining right now is because of the price. It’s expensive to join as a single person and other gyms in the area are much more affordable. If the price was just a litttlle bit cheaper and they stayed open an hour or so later I would switch over to the this gym in a heartbeat!

Fantastic experience: I have a hypothesis that gyms are at their best when they first open. Everything is new and shiny. Over time, quality tends to decline as the cost of maintenance is so high. I've certainly seen this at another "high end" gym at which I was a member. Well, everything at Truth Family Fitness is definitely new and shiny. The gym has a bias towards free weights (which I prefer), but has a decent number of cardio and weight machines. Everything is well cared for and very clean. This even includes the floor of the locker room. The staff is very friendly and supportive. Even with the focus on free weights, there's not the "bro" culture you might see at some places.

Fantastic experience: We took the tour this morning and we're impressed. We're considering joining. It's smaller than the nearby Gold's Gym but had newer/nicer equipment. It's locker rooms have saunas and they have a recovery room complete with massage chairs and hot and cold tubs. Their family rates are cheaper than Gold's but individual prices are higher. The gym is across the hall from Chaparral Ice and there are two nearby massage facilities. Numerous other health related businesses are within the building as well. Overall this is a place I recommend evaluating for your workout needs.
