Fantastic experience: The HealthFit gym has everything you need and more to get a good workout in. It has 24 hour access along with changing rooms and showers if needed. The staff is very knowledgeable and passionate. Shout out to my big homie, Joby! I love this gym!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to HealthFit Gym for approximately 2 years and have found the gym to be clean, not very crowed, and conveniently located relative to my home. But the most important aspect of Healthfit is the quality of the training staff. I have weekly personal training sessions with Joby Stanford, Wellness Specialist, and these sessions have proven to be very important to my overall health. Joby is very, very, knowledgable and experienced and always provides expert instruction for the various warmup drills and exercises. If interested in improving your overall health, I highly recommend contacting Joby at HealthFit Gym.

Positive experience: Health Fit gym has all the basic equipment needed for cardio and weigh lifting. I love that they are open 24 hrs. Very Covid clean too. I really wish they offered fitness classes and that the cardio equipment had cable and local TV channels on it. They only have Netflix and some apps that don't really work. Otherwise it's a nice and affordable little gym option.

Fantastic experience: I climb 14ers and was having severe leg pain when I would get done. I went to a Kinesiologist at Healthfit Gym and was given specific exercises to do. After doing the exercises I was taught I was able to climb 14ers without any leg pain. They do a wonderful job and I recommend them. This was my second time going to HealthFit Gym to work with a Kinesiologist. This time I worked with Joby Stanford and I cannot say enough wonderful things about him. I am 62 and needed some overall body exercises. He is so patient, encouraging, and knowledgeable that the workouts were intense but fun. He works so closely with you on what you need and never gets frustrated when you do something wrong multiple times. He is an absolute joy to work with and I plan to work with him in the future. I highly recommend both Healthfit and Joby

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this gym for several years and just love it. It’s not too big and all the staff are so friendly and highly qualified. I recommend either private workouts or class with Joby, he is awesome and tailors workouts so well to an individuals needs. To make things even more perfect they have an incredible massage therapist! Jen is just the person to book an appointment with after a long stressful week.

Fantastic experience: I visit HealthFit Gym regularly for the massage therapy services. Jen is incredible! While she certainly can provide a relaxing massage like many other providers, her true strength is her talent in working with athletes and assisting with mobility challenges. I always leave her table feeling much better. She addresses aches and tension, as well as the underlying muscular issues causing them. My favorite massage therapist I've ever found.

Fantastic experience: I have been working with Alyssa and Joby for about 6 months now and would absolutely recommend them and Health Fit Gym for any type of training, injury prevention or recovery. After having complicated knee surgery, I struggled to make a full recovery after PT. Kinesiology was the perfect bridge program between PT and 100% recovery. With Alyssa and Joby's help, I am now running again and feeling great! Thank you Health Fit Gym!

Fantastic experience: I signed up for training here because I was experiencing anxiety due to my brothers cancer diagnosis. I knew I needed to make a change in my life so I was referred to the gyms trainers, Joby and Alyssa. When I walked in, I had zero gym experience. 1 month into my journey, I now feel confident when I walk into the gym, I come in 4 days a week, and I feel stronger and better every time I leave. I still have two more months to go before I am done with Joby and Alyssa and I honestly don't know where I would be today without them. Fantastic experience: My wife and I started working with Joby Stanford in late May of 2018. He and the staff have helped both of us with developing a routine for us. The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable . Joby has tailored work out procedures just for us. Kirsten and Alyssa are always friendly and extremely helpful. The gym and their equipment is absolutely fantastic. The atmosphere is always very friendly and pleasant. You can not find a better experience than you receive at HealthFit Gym. Fantastic experience: The Castle Rock location is amazing. I have taken classes from Joby, Kirsten, Alyssa and most recently a stretch class with Jennifer. All of them are upbeat, personable and make it fun! I feel I get a beneficial workout with each of them gently pushing me to my full potential. It's a great group and a very welcoming atmosphere. I also want to applaud the front desk & their assistance. They too are personable and know how to get things done for me, from enrollment to signing me up for classes as I'm not the best at technology. THANKS, theresa
