Fantastic experience: I used to have a personal trainer at Lifetime fitness that I paid an arm and a leg for. All he would do is sit on his phone and tell me to run. Beka has made personal nutrition and workout plans for me and challenges me every single workout. She holds me accountable but still is flexible and extremely caring. Her gym is awesome and you should definitely consider her as your personal trainer!

Fantastic experience: Rebekah is a Marine Corps Vet who implements all of her knowledge into creating personalized workout plans for all of her clients. She caters to your needs whether you are trying to trim fat, be more fit or bulk up. She creates realistic goals for her clients and gives you the means to achieve them. The workouts have challenged me in a way that have helped me meet my goals!
