Fantastic experience: Great for the public

Fantastic experience: Great place to lift weights,play basketball,racket ball,swim and nice theater set up.

Positive experience: The Rec is definitely the workout/summer fun hotspot. It's got a pretty nice workout room, very big gym which is also pretty nice, and on top of that they have an indoor pool which they plan on renovating. Tons of other things as well, swim classes, senior classes, and types of theatre performances, overall this is definitely a good place to go for just about any activity. And a bonus is that the football field with a new very nice track around it is right next door so no matter what activity you're doing it's all in that location.

Fantastic experience: SWIMMINGGGGGG!!!!! The life guards are very aware of little kids being in the pool, I felt very safe bringing my small child here :)

Positive experience: This was a fun alternative to the aquatic center that was closed. Clean pool, nice setup. Kids had to pass a swim test. I liked that. Only downside was the lifeguards were not paying attention at all. Staring down at cell phones and messing around with friends. They were fully clothed, including socks and shoes. At first it was just my family and 2 older men. Then another larger family came. Still no attentive lifeguards. I understand we are responsible for our children, but I feel like if there are lifeguards on duty, they should be ready in case the need arises. Overall, it seems like a really cool facility, and we loved the pool!

Fantastic experience: Enjoy the programs for the kids, swimming and the hot tub. I wish they had more than one racquetball court, unfortunately they took it out for the updates but, they do look nice, Hopefully they’ll get 24 hour access to the workout area.
