Fantastic experience: Badass place to workout

Positive experience: Honestly place is not as small as I initially noticed from the outside. After our review Mr Charlie asked to speak to me while exercising at the gym. He took some time to explain the reason the gym had a price of over 80.00 to join.Also how the price goes down to about $50 and even less if you afe military. He also took the time to show me around the gym. I have been a member for some weeks already and really like that some type if equipment are the same equipment that body builders use. Even though you may not find matching equipment I do respect that there is a gym in a small town like Carrizo since the nearest biggest gym is 50 miles away. They really strive to keep everyone safe during the covid by offering disinfectants and rags to clean up equipment after use. Cameras monitoring 24 hours a day. Barcode keycards open front door. Open 24 hours.

Positive experience: I spend around last year 6 months on this town and I attended this good and decent gym they have the. Enough equipment for make your goals the owners they are amazing people also the employees great environment 24hrs gym sanitation areas. And clean towels always for your workout

Fantastic experience: Jim’s Gym has great equipment and a ton of space. Highly recommend it and the owners are awesome. This is a place you go to, to put in work. If you’re looking for a planet fitness or a Zumba class, this isn’t your place!

Fantastic experience: this gym will not only make you look better physically but will make you feel better mentally, everyone here is friendly and you can honestly work out without feeling like your being watched or judged. More than enough equipment for everyone so you never have to just wait and stand around. Restrooms are always clean up to a high standard and smells fresh. Recommend this gym to anyone that is looking to better themselves

Fantastic experience: By far the best facility around. You know you are getting great equipment when the owners are bodybuilders and athletes. That’s a no-brainer. The location is mint! The nicest and most knowledgeable staff! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jim’s Gym to anyone. It's VERY CLEAN! I am certainly satisfied thus far and have been blown away by my progress at this facility.

Fantastic experience: I drive 45 minutes, 5-6 times a week, before the butt-crack of dawn, just to go to this gym, then back again in the evenings. Yes, there is a gym closer to me… but this place is legit. A true grind and grow kind of place. Clean and equipped! The owners adhere to the lifestyle, which is so motivating. Not only do they have the physical progress to show for their knowledge and passion but they are just cool people. They constantly better themselves in the gym which perfectly positions them to help anyone, no matter their circumstances. What better people than those who are busy professionals, with family, to understand the consistent battles and struggles with life and time management. Everyone from competitive bodybuilders, to people with disabilities, to the average-person looking to lead a more active lifestyle or just get into better shape go to this gym. You see it all. Everyone coming in is trying to live a more healthy and active life. We are all trying to be an all-round general better version of ourselves. It’s a family vibe. Hands down, the best choice I’ve made is training at Jim’s. VERY friendly team that makes me want to show up everyday. I look forward to walking through those doors every single day. I always feel amazing when I leave. By far the best facility around.

Fantastic experience: Very Clean, Equipment in good condition; People are nice to one another like a friendly community

Positive experience: Use to love this gym....however....lately they have moved/added stereo speakers that seem to constantly be blaring horrible workout music that overpowers my high end headphones. Literally makes me want to not renew or workout there anymore. I don't have a problem with public music, but come on guys......

Fantastic experience: Great gym! Has everything you need. And it also has a shower, tanning room plus all the weights and machines you need .

Positive experience: $65 a month, no: water fountain; showers; locker room; old equipment and dirty. But does have the base equipment to a focused workout and decent hours during the work week. People there in the evening are really friendly... Bumped it up a star.
