Elite Core Gymnastics specializes in providing a safe and friendly environment for child athletes to achieve and accomplish their goals in the sport of gymnastics as well as teaching lifelong skills they will learn to utilize through discipline and teamwork. Founded by a family of sisters that are well-established, high level gymnasts of the community, their goal is to train athletes by creating a foundation built on respect and proper technique, as well as their belief is that everyone has been created uniquely, and will utilize each athlete’s strengths to help them become the best version of themselves they can be.
Welcome to Elite Core Gymnastics! At ECG we focus on teaching children positive lifelong skills achieved through hard work, motivation, and of course, fun!
My daughter just started here and absolutely loves it! The staff is so awesome with kids and obviously has a lot of experience and training. Love the facility, so new and clean! Can’t wait to see how my daughter grows into the best gymnast she can be!
My daughter went for a trial class yesterday and loved it! They were so wonderful in working with her to see what level she should start at and super energetic. We are looking forward to officially starting up next week!
The first time we attended Elite Core we knew it was a great fit. The coaches are motivating, and positive while maintaining a well planned and structured practice. The entire staff made our daughter feel like part of a family from day one. A big thank you for pushing the gymnasts to be the best they can be!

Elite Core Gymnastics is founded by a family of sisters who have been in a gymnastics gym since the day they were born. Their Mother was a gymnast and a coach, creating in each one of them a passion and love for the sport of gymnastics. They are dedicated to creating a fun and devoted atmosphere to the children under their instruction. ECG's "Core" beliefs arise from their training, as well as the family principles based upon trust, respect, and discipline.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough about how thankful we are to have found ECG after our prior gym closed. Our daughters (10 and 6 years old) have been attending classes here for going on 3 years now. At both the recreational and team level the coaching has been excellent! We hosted one of my daughter's birthday parties here also and the kids all had a blast! As parents, we appreciate that this gym puts safety first and places a strong emphasis on the importance of being a good team player and showing respect to others. The coaches and owners care about our kids as if they were their own and truly want what is best for each of their gymnasts. Our daughters have progressed so much in the time they have been here and look forward to going to practice each day. I highly recommend checking this gym out. They truly have a great program!

Fantastic experience: Elite core has amazing kind coaches that care about every one of their students, they are a clean faculty with amazing coaches. They work every event. They make everything fun, even the conditioning. They will spot and help you when needed. And their first priority is that all gymnasts are safe and that is what I want for my daughter. Elite core is also located in a very clean sports faculty. They always strive for perfection while having fun at the same time. All the coaches are very knowledgeable with gymnastics just like all gyms should be. Every gymnast should go to elite core, it's soooo much fun!
