Fantastic experience: Perfect sized gym for anything you are looking for, whether you're into cardio or heavy lifting this gym has it all! The owner is incredibly nice as well and very hospitable. I definitely recommend this gym to everyone, no matter if you're on vacation or a local.

Fantastic experience: Love Muscleworx!! I have been going to the gym for years now and Muscleworx is the only gym in New Hanover county where i feel comfortable. I highly recommend Muscleworx to all ages. Jason the owner really knows his stuff and has coached me to losing over 30 pounds. Thanks Jason for allowing me to come to your gym and work it out. Very relaxed atmosphere and I have seen many people over the years come in and get there selves whipped back into shape. Muscleworx is the best and I will never go elsewhere!!

Fantastic experience: Very nice gym. I’d say it’s more closely aligned with the golden era of body building. Nice equipment, not super crowded. Plenty of nice attachments that I did not have at my home gym. The plates are very nice too. Owner is very nice as well.

Fantastic experience: Had a great vacation week and was able to do the week pass here at Muscleworx. The gym was never super crowded even though there isnt a ton of space. The kind of gym I am used to and made me feel like I was back home. Went with my sister and really enjoyed the space. Will definitely utilize the week pass if we come back again.

Fantastic experience: Glad I came to workout here! The owner and his colleague were really nice and polite. I'm on vacation from Virginia and found this location on Google. The day pass was very reasonable and the gym had all the equipment necessary for a good workout: various cardio machines, power rack, good weight machines, and dumbbells up to about 110lbs. The facility is also kept perfectly clean. I highly recommend anyone in the area checking this place out.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality Awesome spot! Very reasonable pricing for day/week passes, includes towels. Machines and equipment are more than enough for a full workout. Jason is very knowledgeable and was quick to offer advice/tips/alternative exercises. 10/10 will definitely come back!!

Fantastic experience: Been coming here for a couple years and I enjoy the small group training with Jason. This place is great because it is not huge and crowded; you don't have to wait in line to use equipment. Great place for folks who want to get back into shape (or have never worked out) or for those who regularly work out and want a friendly, smaller gym. Jason is knowledgeable and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Chad is so knowledgeable and good at what he does. Today was my first time here and left highly impressed and more knowledgeable of where I'm overcompensating and how to self adjust. 5 out of 5! Left with more mobility and less resistance in my shoulder. Will be back

Owner Jason Morgan runs a very good business and is a knowledgeable personal trainer. Gym is always clean, and equipment is well maintained. I couldn't say enough about his gym. The value of membership and personal training cannot be beat.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Muscleworx Fitness for a few years now. Have always enjoyed the clean gym, various equipment and never having to wait to use the equipment I want to use for each of my workouts. However last year I injured my knee and was having a really tough time trying to figure out how to keep working out. Finally I made the smartest decision of my life. I hire Jason to help me work around my knee issues. In 2.5 months I am feeling stronger, healthier, and even pounds lighter, and finally getting the kind of workouts I want..... without doing more damage to my knee! I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to get an amazing workout with an EXCELLENT trainer, to go talk to Jason and let him help you get where you want to be!
