This recreation path is paved and lit, providing a centrally located walking, running, and biking path for Presque Isle and its neighboring communities 365 days a year.
Bishop's Island Ballfield is a beautiful athletic field that is used as the main playing area for youth baseball and adult softball leagues.
and a granite base with a plaque. This one-acre park commemorates the first manned hot-air balloon to make a Trans-Atlantic crossing. It consists of a replica of the balloon, a flagpole, plantings, and a granite base with a plaque.
and a sprayground This park, located where Parsons Street and Central Drive meet, was dedicated to world peace. It has playground equipment, a basketball court, and a sprayground.
for the community. The Forum is a multi-use event facility that is used year-round. It is located on the Northern Maine Fairgrounds at 84 Mechanic Street. The Forum provides a variety of shows and events for the community.
pavilion. The park has a lot of activities that are scheduled out, such as youth soccer, special events, group meetings and rentals. The park is lit up and has a multi-use area that is 30’ by 90’. The pavilion is also a part of the park.
benches The park was built to honor local veterans who served their country during difficult times. It consists of a large grassy area with a monument and several benches.
The Presque Isle Recreation & Parks Department is dedicated to providing programs, facilities and opportunities that encourage healthy lifestyles and foster a sense of community belonging now and in the future.

Fantastic experience: So thankful for the play ground and splash pad thats now here. My daughter plays soccer here and we just recentky had my sons birthday here on one of the many picnic tables. Very clean, safe, friendly place for our kids to play and interact with eachother and us parents don't have to worry about what might happen or if our kids are ok. Love it, great investment from our community and tax payer I would have to say!

Fantastic experience: Beautiful, brand new facility on the southside of Presque Isle just off the main drag. Very spacious with a separate area for Youth and senior citizens to enjoy their own private areas spring activities and different activities that are age-appropriate. Large dance room with full length mirror that we frequently use with our daughter. Big gym and walking track. Plenty of rest room facilities and family-friendly. And ample parking.

Fantastic experience: This is a great place for family and friends. It is free to the public and a great place for kids birthday parties. There is a large gym with a full basketball court and track around it for anyone who wabts to get their laps in. You must bring a pair of non slip clean gym shoes to change into in order to use the gym. There is a large locker room and bathroom for changing. They have two other rooms as well one as you walk in on the right which is mostly used for private parties and one on the left called the teen room. You have to be at least a 6th grader to use the teen room. The teen room has several tables and chairs, aprox. 30 board games located in the cabinets near the two tv's and two couches, there are also two xbox's. There is a hockey "foosball" game which cost 50cents to play and a ping pong table. The ping pong balls are right next to the table and cost 25 cents a piece. To get xbox games or paddles for Xbox or ping pong you have to sign them out at the front desk
