Crunch Fitness - Cape Coral

Fantastic experience: This is a great gym with all the equipment for people of any level of fitness. Not open as late as some gyms but I've gotten used to it and I make it work. They need to fix a couple of the paper towel dispensers :)

Fantastic experience: Love this gym! Cheaper than Cape Coral's Anytime Fitness and Health and Strength Gyms on Del Prado with tons, tons more benches, seats, free weights, cabled equipment, squat racks, treadmills, stair masters, etc, all in working order. All spaced comfortably apart and bolted down. Upbeat music to work out to. Cleaned frequently. The best gym I've found in the Cape and I tried 3 others. So glad they're here. I'm motivated to go and pleased with the facility every time I do!

Fantastic experience: I love the atmosphere of Crunch, Cape Coral. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The trainers are knowledgeable and supportive. I've been working with Lexi. It feels great to be strength training!! I also love that they bring in local business partners. You get a true sense of community here.

Fantastic experience: Crunch Cape Coral is a nice, clean gym. I enjoy the HIIT classes regularly, and I have tried a cycling class as well. Taylor is a great instructor! The members are always super encouraging and friendly. The front staff is welcoming. I enjoy coming to this location.

Fantastic experience: CHRIS, the cleaner is the BEST!!! His energy is top notch and he's always deep cleaning everything! I've watched him get on top of machines to make sure everything is A++! Show him some love! The monthly rates are also reasonable and Jonathan ( trainer) called on my birthday to wish me a happy birthday! BIG gym with a SMALL,personal feel

Fantastic experience: This Crunch location is great. It is well equipped, always clean, and the equipment is exceptionally maintained. The staff is very friendly and always willing to answer any questions/provide advice. Kristen (at the front counter) always welcomes guests with a smile - she is the best!

Fantastic experience: My wife and I signed up here and Tori helped us. Just have to say she was outstanding! No pressure whatsoever, so informative and kind. She is most definitely the person you want helping you when you come in! Management has a true asset!

Fantastic experience: Great staff and great machines plus long hours! A little pricey but they have classes and tanning and hydro beds and a dry sauna. It’s also always super clean, what more could you ask for?

Fantastic experience: I came to this location on a 3 day pass just to check the gym out. Jose came up to me and immediately made me feel at home. He put me through a workout and helped me figure out my goals. If you’re looking for a new gym home, look no further. This team makes you feel like family and helps you stay on track! Fantastic experience: So upon entering Crunch I was honestly a bit over whelmed, it was loud and energetic with lots of beautiful people working out, but they are right when they say "No judgement Zone" I've felt welcome since my first visit. Fantastic experience: For your basic gym, it has almost every piece of equipment you could need for the fitness journey. I cannot attest to the classes they offer but I do see them having the classes quite regularly! I do also wish they had more options for cardio for those of us that have a broken lower limb, or for others that have no limbs at all. (There's a fellow I see in their regularly but he has the same issue I do with finding a good cardio machine workout)

Fantastic experience: Communication is great, professionalism is amazing. Ryan is such a great worker if you bump into him he’s phenomenal never not see him smile as soon as I walk in the door and very personable guy.

Fantastic experience: Crunch is absolutely incredible.The staff is great and they have much more equipment than other gyms.Everyone is very nice and supportive.Also, one of the team members names is Ryan and he’s the guy who when I come in he motivates me to keep coming back.

Fantastic experience: I recently joined Crunch and had an issue with a promotion that did not get applied in my contract. Ryan was extremely helpful and made sure that it was taken care of. Thank you Ryan for all your help. The staff is also very friendly and nice. Love the atmosphere and the gym vib is great. This location is extremely clean and in perfect order. I am excited to start working with my trainer next week to get my weight, health and shape back on track.

Fantastic experience: This gym is amazing! The place is very clean, the equipment is new, the staff is very nice and treat you like family, and the trainers are awesome and encouraging. The interior is very bright and welcoming, a perfect atmosphere to get pumped and moving. I’ll never go to any other gym again! They also offer a variety of classes that change daily, so there’s something there for everyone.

Fantastic experience: I have been working with Tyler my personal trainer since September. He pushes me past my goals and beyond, highly recommend him. The tanning is easy and convenient and the hydro massage is a good way to wind down after a ride in the bike class! Isaiah and Carter are always ready to greet you at the door and get you set up for anything you need.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a Gym in Cape Coral that has a low Membership Fee, and would be TRANSPARENT about their pricing. My only intention for using the gym is the Sauna, which I explained, and was given very clear and concise information about joiner fees, monthly fees, and annual fees. I was also notified of the cancellation policy which is more than fair. I would say that if you are looking for a clean, friendly, and transparent gym to workout at in Cape Coral, or Fort Myers FL, check out Crunch Fitness In the Cape. They have yoga classes, zumba, and all that fun stuff, but its not really my thing :)

Fantastic experience: I love Crunch!! The facility in Cape Coral is brand new. It’s super clean and every staff member is friendly and helpful. The rate is very reasonable. Being a peak member, I am able to enjoy the machines, classes, tanning and hydro massage which is heavenly! It really helps to soothe sore muscles after a workout. They also have fun events like a Retro Party dressing up in 80’s clothes, an event honoring those who lost their lives on 9/11, as well as an ugly sweater event to celebrate Christmas. I highly recommend becoming a Crunch member! It has helped me to lose over 20 pounds!

Fantastic experience: Amazing facility, so much better than my previous gym! The sauna is what intrigued me but after a week of coming to this gym I’m realizing I should have joined sooner! The atmosphere is great, staff is top notch, very clean facility and the classes are amazing! I used to dread going to gym but now I’m actually looking forward to it- excited to see results in the near future

Positive experience: Happy with my choice to join Crunch. So much more than I expected. The staff is very helpful at all times. I like the options of equipment and classes offered. Nice to have a sauna after a workout or jump on one of the massage chairs. Yes it’s crowded, but it hasn’t prevented me from getting my workout in or lengthened the time spent there at all. Updated 1/2022 While I still enjoy the gym there is a lack of effort to keep the locker rooms clean. At 7:30 on Sunday it should not look like it depicts in the photos. When is this place cleaned? Cleaning should be done throughout the day. Filthy floors in the sauna and shower area, mold/fungus growing in the shower. Sauna needs a towel to close the gap in the floor. This isn’t just today, it’s daily on how the locker room looks.

Fantastic experience: This is literally the nicest gym I’ve ever seen!! There’s hot yoga, a cycle studio, a group fitness room, a huge separate area with all the cardio equipment, a HIIT zone, and of course all the weights you could ever want. Not to mention the tanning, hydro massage, personal training. This place literally has it all! What’s even nicer than the space and the equipment are the staff. Everyone that works here is just amazing. They’re always smiling, friendly, encouraging, positive, and helpful. The general manager, Terry, is just the best. She makes everyone feel like family. I am so happy I found this gym and community. Definitely join! You won’t regret it.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for almost 2 months and really enjoy it! The atmosphere is great and everything is very clean. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I also love working with my personal trainer, Kari, who is super awesome!! She is very dedicated and supportive in helping me achieve my personal fitness goals. She answers any questions I have and listens to what I am feeling, thinking, etc. I highly recommend working with her if you are considering personal training as a way to meet your goals.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym! Everyone is friendly and helpful. The establishment is clean and bathrooms are clean as well. Lots of classes to choose from. If you are considering to obtain personal training services you should consider seeing trainer Mike Nilles. He is awesome: not only does he listen to your goals and gives you personalized workout sessions, but he’s also very informative during the workouts. He demonstrates every exercise: tells you what muscles are being targeted with the exercises and corrects your form when needed. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I recommend him .

Fantastic experience: Best gym by far! Great equipment and machines. We have yet to try the hot yoga, but it looks amazing. Also the trainers are absolutely wonderful. They will help you to achieve whatever goal you desire. We are definitely glad we joined!

Fantastic experience: Love this gym and everything it has to offer! Brand new state of the art equipment and so many fun classes to take! Can't wait to try out the sauna and hydro massage too:) The and infrared heated yoga studio is the nicest one I've ever been in and really helps my arthritis. Highly recommend!!! The staff is all so friendly and helpful. The manager really goes above and beyond!

Fantastic experience: The gym is clean, the staff is friendly. I also had invested in a trainer. I lost 85 pounds prior so I knew what I was looking for in a trainer. I had been introduced to Stephen who became my trainer, I have been with him for a month and he is everything that I was expecting. He gives me that extra push that I was looking for and helping me with my nutrition and tracking food. He actually cares and helps you with achieving your goals. It was a great investment!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going consistently since they opened. Nice place brand new. Instructors are awesome, employees are nice and helpful. I love the group fitness classes, different options, consistent schedule, on time, and the place is clean! Personal trainers are very helpful and you have so many options. This is my new happy place! Fantastic experience: TERRY THE GM IS THE BEST!! This was the best decision I have ever made. CRUNCH is a clean, amazing, GYM of excellence!! Not only do I love the equipment, but the classes are the reason I stay! They have a great variety of fitness classes for everyone! The cost is great compared to ALL that you are getting in this program! Other GYMS cost more and don't offer all that CRUNCH does! Also the staff are kind, and attentive! My favorite is the GM- TERRY! I had a situation with my billing and she promised to take care of it for me! She said, "Dawne, relax and enjoy your membership here with us, I will take care of this issue for you, you can trust me." Well within days it was settled and handled professionally and with a caring heart! TERRY ROCKS...all my friends that are members here love her too. ALL THE STAFF & FRONT DESK PEEPS AT CAPE CRUNCH ARE KIND, PATIENT, THOROUGH AND LOVING!! Thank you for being an amazing GYM!! :-)

Fantastic experience: i had heard that a new gym called crunch fitness was opening down the road from me and as i was looking for a new gym i figured id check it out. the facility has just opened so all the equipment and machines are beautiful, very clean and no annoying squeaks or rattles! i had met with the general manager Terry Ruiz who gave me a very thorough and fun tour of all the gym has to offer! i liked what i saw so much i decided i wanted to join and Terry took excellent care of me. She clearly explained all that was included in the membership and was very clear as to what every payment i would have to make would be and what all the "fine print" policies are which is a breath of fresh air considering most other gyms try to be sneaky about all of that. i cannot recommend the facility enough and make sure you see Terry she amazing!

Fantastic experience: I would have to admit I am not one for writing reviews however I felt I needed to for this establishment!! Now I am an avid gym goer and have been to almost every gym in Cape Coral and I will say NOTHING STACKS UP TO CRUNCH FITNESS!! The staff is amazing especially the GM(Terry) from day one her energy and customer appreciation is #1!! The facility is immaculate (and yes I know its brand new) but even still people are constantly cleaning and making it perfect. THANKS A MILLION to the entire Crunch Fitness Family for bringing and AWESOME PLACE TO CAPE CORAL!! e.

Fantastic experience: I’m absolutely in love with this gym! Almost half the price of other top named gyms, with a ton of features! Brand new equipment, and a massively versatile selection! With the peak membership, you get access to literally everything, from yoga, to group fitness, to unlimited daily friend invites, to the hydro massage chairs!! (My favorite feature!) The staff is awesome! They make me feel welcome every time I come in, they are friendly, professional and hard working! They do bring a positive energy I wish I could replicate myself every day! I just really enjoy coming and seeing so many others trying to better their health and lifestyle! I’ve been to many gyms, and even though it’s only been a few weeks, I’ve enjoyed this facility more than any previous establishments! If you haven’t checked them out yet, do yourself a favor and head on down there! You won’t regret it, I know I haven’t!

She listened to what I wanted to get out of my sessions, and tailored my workouts to that - not just taking a one-size-fits-all approach. Good mix of exercises to keep it interesting, and loves "fun cardio" which makes workouts less of a chore. Facility is brand new and looks great.

Fantastic experience: Been going here 3 weeks now and I’m pretty happy with this gym. It does get really busy a lot of the times I’m there but that doesn’t interrupt anything for me. There is so much equipment to choose from that I’m able to get my workouts done without issue. As far as staff goes, Luis has helped me a few times, he’s been great. I haven’t seen an unfriendly face in there.

My personal trainer Melissa is extremely knowledgeable and provides all the information from nutrition to weekly workouts. Fantastic experience: I was very excited for Crunch to open. I have been looking for a gym that I felt comfortable and this was it. I signed up for training as I have not worked out for a decade. I had my kick off with Melissa and she was so knowledgeable and personable that I had to sign up. Meliss is supportive and dedicated to the best for her clients. I have been working with her for a month and have lost 10 pounds and 8 inches. I look forward to continuing to work with Melissa and see my goals become a reality.

Fantastic experience: Gym is great all new equipment easy smooth machines and clean. Love the Hydro massage chair. Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this gym and my personal trainer, Michael! As someone who has historically been intimidated by large gyms, I find Crunch very welcoming. It truly is a No Judgement zone! I love the variety of equipment and classes available and at a very reasonable price. What makes the experience most enjoyable is the guidance I receive from trainer, Michael. He’s knowledgeable, professional, and makes working out fun! He was so helpful in getting me back at it following knee surgery. If you’re looking for a gym, look no further! Check out Crunch in the Cape and ask for Michael! You’ll be so glad you did!

Fantastic experience: I never knew what I was missing until I hooked up with Crunch (Cape Coral). It's a great facility, plenty of equipment, usually busy (always a good sign), and I have the best trainer! Mike N. interviewed/assessed me, and set me up with an ongoing workout designed for me. I've been working with Mike for 4-6 weeks now with progress and results showing already. He has provided me with exactly what I asked for in my program (he listened!), and the results illustrate that. I also enjoy seeing smiles on everyone I come across at Crunch, whether clients or staff. Great job!

Fantastic experience: I started training with Melissa2 months ago.I must say I was not going to do personal training, but I met with Melissa and she just made me feel comfortable. She understood my back issues and she spoke to me in length about my goals. She has a great understanding of nutrition and is a great motivator. Fantastic experience: Love this facility! It’s very welcoming and accommodating for everyone, regardless of their athletic ability or level of fitness. I have Young Onset Parkinson’s and RA, which makes figuring out a fitness plan more challenging. MELISSA is an amazing, knowledgeable Personal Trainer! She is using her experience to help me gain flexibility and strength, while taking into account my limitations. Don’t let age, body type, or physical challenges keep you from meeting your fitness goals!
