Fantastic experience: I am from out of town and wanted to keep up my habit of strength training twice a week while I was on vacation. Derrick was super accommodating and able to squeeze my mother and law and me into his personal training schedule. Derrick is extremely knowledgeable about exercises and so fun to talk to. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: Nice little gym. Has a nice array of cardio, machines, and free weight equipment. Some unique equipment/bars for powerlifting, bodybuilding, and strongman which can't be found in most commercial gyms. Has a separate side to the gym containing a nice Rogue rack with accessories, deadlift platform, and competition bench among other things. Gym is on the first floor of a two story building which makes it difficult to throw a Furby higher than the roof, have to keep in mind crosswind and it getting stuck.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member at Healthy Evolution Fitness for a couple years now. The gym (both locations-Cocoa Beach & Titusville) has everything you could possibly want/need. Tia has always been very kind and helpful in Cocoa Beach. I recently started personal training with Eva at the Titusville location after work and she is wonderful! Very knowledgeable and a great mentor to help you with your health and fitness goals! The gym is also open 24/7 for members which allows you to be able to get a workout in regardless of your schedule. You will not be disappointed if you’re looking for a gym!

Fantastic experience: WOW, I went there to see if I wanted to join and after seeing the place and talking to the owner I signed up immediately, state of the art equipment and 24 hr access is really cool plus during the week when staffed you can get tips from a real pro on targeting your goals, very happy I went.

Going to the gym has definitely given me more energy and made my joints less painful. I love that it's open 24/7 for members. Fantastic experience: Healthy Evolution Fitness has everything. No Matter what kind of workout you want to do, they have the means to get it done. The Personal training is also amazing. Doing strongman & powerlifting workouts with Eva has been beyond rewarding with the best results and some of the most fun I have ever had with strength training. Great Price, great staff and they encourage deadlifting. 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Derek is THE MAN! I love this guy...I love this place! I've never met a more helpful gym owner, trainer, and overall great dude. Derek is here to help YOU achieve YOUR goals in any professional manner he can. The gym is never dirty, it's always clean, and has good equipment. Nextdoor to the main entrance is another entrance into a more dedicated towards powerlifting, boxing, and CrossFit type training area. It has 4 total restrooms, so I don't know what the heck that goofball Jacob was saying.

Fantastic experience: On vacation went to this gym.only $40 for the week. They have all the equipment And separate area for CrossFit activities. Love the 24-7 hours. As long as you r a member you can use your keycard And come and go as you want. Friendly people mostly locals. This is more like a muscle gym without the intimidating muscle guys.

New and wide range of equipment that meets most people's routines and fitness goals. Opened 24/7 allowing for flexible schedules that fit the lives of busy people.

Fantastic experience: My teenage son and I visited Healthy Evolution Fitness on our spring break trip to keep up with his off season workouts for HS Basketball. The price for a day pass was reasonable, the equipment is top notch and the people are friendly. It's the kind of place a serious power lifter, a recreational middle aged athlete like me and my teenage son who is relatively new to strength training can all feel at home. Also, the owner, who I believe is named Darrell, is a welcoming, pleasant presence.

Fantastic experience: This place is TOP notch. Absolutely spotless. I thought the gym was brand new, but had been around for 3 years. Also, an open room next door with hundreds of video programs, 2 heavy bags, ropes, free weights, a big tire, etc. Great machine selection, tons of options, good vibe...I don't have one critique.

Fantastic experience: The best gym I've been to. Tia helped me get started and was very helpful. She walked me through the machines, helped me with my form on a few lifts i had problems with and always is willing to help with questions i have.

Fantastic experience: The club is perfect. Nikolai has been working with me for a little bit now and i feel great because of it. The facility is well maintained and not over crowded. The classes are also a nice plus.

Fantastic experience: Healthy Evolution is the best thing I have done for myself in a long time! You feel welcome there from the first time you walk in, and always a friendly greeting from Nikolai and Derek. The staff are there for you and no hesitation if you have a question or asking advice. Cleanliness is on point and equipment is taken care of, which in turn rubs of on us members. I have just started training with Derek and am so amped, he takes his time to show you the exercise, to explain the “science” of the move and what it is doing for your body. He is totally focused on you (as in not on his phone or telling you about his personal dilemmas). I am fortunate enough to have other options to go to for no cost but I love it here so much, I would rather pay (and for all it offers and very reasonable). This also is the first gym that I have consecutively gone and not stopped, and look forward to going to still.

Fantastic experience: I am really enjoying being apart of this gym. They have great options for machines. A really great room where you can take virtual spin classes. The members are all very chill and friendly. The gym has a great vibe and excellent prices for membership + pt.

Fantastic experience: After going to the gym that’s included with my health insurance and having many negative experiences, I was on the hunt for a friendly gym where I could be serious. Derek and Nokolai always greet you with a warm smile and hello. The gym is clean and has diversity within its equipment. Derek has been my trainer for almost a month and I couldn’t be happier with my results. We still haven’t done the same workout twice. He keeps it fresh, challenges you and gives you his undivided attention. His passion for fitness and wellness is unbridled. He explains every movement, every exercise and why you’re performing them...every single time. He makes sure you have perfect posture and don’t get injured which is very important to me. This gym is for everyone! I HIGHLY recommend spending a little extra money, investing in yourself and hiring Derek as your personal trainer. You’ll make a new friend, do achieve things you never thought were possible and you will get an industry leader at a very affordable price.

Well-maintained equipment suitable for all levels of gym-goers, extremely friendly, outgoing, and helpful staff, and great other members make this gym feel like home. I will sincerely miss not living close enough to continue my membership, but will always feel part of the HEF family.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this gym. The owners are very nice and the equipment is new. I've been a member for about 6 months and I don't regret it one bit. Everything is clean and the best things about this gym are that it's open 24/7, it's usually not too busy (except for Monday nights!), and it's cheaper than other gyms in the area. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: This a great facility. All of the equipment is brand new, and it is by far the cheapest facility in the area. The owners are fantastic and they will help with anything you need. If you are looking to start here, there is usually someone available until 7 pm on weekdays to help you get set up. If you can't go there during that time during the week, you can generally schedule an appointment on the weekend with no issue.

Fantastic experience: Awesome 24/7 facility. Each member receives a key card to access the facility. Staff is on site during normal business hours for assistance. Fully equipped gym with everything you need (multiple squat racks, smith machines, dumb bells up to 100 lbs, all weight machines). Cardio area with arc trainer, treadmills, bikes, row machines. No stair master at this facility. Quiet atmosphere most of the time and gym is well maintained. Very clean and smells fresh. They also have a cardio room with various options for virtual classes that you can take on your own or with a group. Good space and has a water fountain, space for gym bags and single person locker room with shower. Everyone that works out here is very friendly and respectful. Plus-Very affordable memberships!

Fantastic experience: This gym is fantastic! 24 hour access, super clean, incredibly kind staff, and lots of equipment for any fitness activity. They have a great free weight set up, several power racks, power sled, lots of cardio options, room to stretch out, showers - essentially everything you'd need. And all the equipment is in really good shape: clean, new looking, no rust (definitely not the norm for other gyms in the area). The staff are seen constantly cleaning and taking care of things. Very reasonable membership rates - even for one-day/one-week guests. Everyone there seemed super friendly too - both staff and clients. I'd recommend this place to anyone visiting (or living in) Cocoa Beach. I will definitely return!

Fantastic experience: I recently moved to the cocoa beach area from los angeles and I have been searching for a gym for a few days now. From the second I walked into this facility I knew it was the one. As I walked in, a gentleman greeted me with a smile and gave me a tour of the gym. Everything was clean, everything looked new. The price was well worth what is given. If you are looking for a gym, I cannot recommend this one enough!

Fantastic experience: I've been going there for a year and absolutely love this gym. The staff eagerly helped me get started on a fitness program. The weights, machines and separate video classroom allow me to vary my workouts so I don't get bored. This gym is really a great value compared to other gyms in our area.

Fantastic experience: This gym deserves 6 stars... My buddy brought me here while on Memorial Day vacation and I am really impressed with the set up. This gym is pretty much what I envision in a gym of my own. They have a machine / weight room and then a separate more open cardio / boxing / cross training type room. Awesome equipment, great layout, great staff who are more than willing to help you out and lend advise, very clean place, motivational quotes on the walls and my favorite thing about the place is if you decide you want to be a gym slob and not rack your weights when finished you will be charged....hopefully with a felony haha < (joke) (but for real though). I will definitely be back. Great job guys and keep up the good work and thanks for the help and advice.

Fantastic experience: HEF is a great 24-hour gym with new equipment and a separate room for video classes, crossfit training, and stretching. If there is anything specific you want and they don't have, you can let them know and they will try and get it for you. They truly care about their members. Great place to get your sweat on!!

Fantastic experience: Derrick and his staff are very friendly and keep the gym immaculate. I like that the owner works out there just like us because he buys only the best equipment. The equipment that they buy isn't just filler to make it look full when somebody walks through the door. You can't beat the price that they charge for a membership. I have paid double at other gyms that weren't half of what this gym is. I can't say enough good things about this establishment.
