Fantastic experience: This is the perfect gym for everyone, plus kids 14 and under are free! As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed plus received a nice tour of the entire facility and all questions were answered. I was also given a free 5 day pass so I could test the gym out to make sure it fit my needs and received a free, one time, appointment with a trainer. They have a room for everything, plus a workout room just for women.

Fantastic experience: Any time I’m in town I enjoy lifting there. For a town of Canon’s size I think they are doing a great job of providing a spacious gym with good variety. I especially appreciate how they have the more hardcore free weight “dungeon” area but also provide areas that pertain to people looking for other styles of workout. Keep up the good work

Fantastic experience: The ladies at the front were so very helpful and professional, Nina and Misty I believe it was. Gym is way bigger than I expected and for a small town gym they have equipment there that some of the larger gyms I have gone to over the years do not. Free weight area also has a back area for all you CrossFit freaks lol wasn’t typically packed/lots of classes offered. Sauna could be hotter but not bad.

Fantastic experience: Would like a speed bag in dungeon. And available pump with needle for Such air . New swivels are available and much less sound . If that's an issue.

Fantastic experience: The service here is wonderful, to be honest, they were the only gym at the time (2 years ago) that would allow you to pay for just a shower... a HUGE bonus when living in your RV... now that my wife and I have a home, she has a membership there, and the swimming pool and sauna work wonders for her osteoarthritis...

Fantastic experience: I moved to Cañon city without any intention of joining a gym but after my home exercise set up wasn't cutting it, I reached out for recommendations on Facebook and got TONS of suggestions to come here. I stopped in for a tour and the owner happily walked me all around. I love that they have options to pay on or off contract which can reduce monthly cost. The Zumba classes are fun and the staff is all extremely friendly. I enjoy the women's only workout room even though I feel perfectly comfortable and safe in the main area too (still working up the courage to use the free weights/"dungeon" and outdoor workout yard). It's a old school gym feel but a great location and has everything I've wanted and more in a gym so far.

Fantastic experience: I have been going here for about a month, and I'm very happy with the equipment, and the maintenance on said equipment. I like the key pass system to access the system 24/7 I do wish the pool was open 24/7 but other than that I am happy with this gym and would recommend it to anyone in the Fremont area

Fantastic experience: Best and biggest gym in town. If you compare it to a Gold's Gym or you might be dissappointed but it's also not near as busy. Great pool, great sauna, and great equipment.They are currentley updating equipment and adding new which is really nice. I saw a review here that they were closed, I don't where that came from, except that the same person reviewed the same thing about another gym in town so they must have been confused. Annoying that they didn't correct their review. Check with your health insurance provider and your employer to find out if you can get a discount. Wifi signal is lacking so if you plan on streaming videos or music while you work out you might want to make sure you have a good data plan.

Fantastic experience: I went to the gym for a month while i was in town. They treated me nice and were very helpful. I didnt get the chance to try out the heated pool unfortunately but id absolutely give it a go when i go back. The equipment is very well taken care of and it has a wide varity of workouts to chose from!

Fantastic experience: This place stays very clean and the equipment is up to date so to speak. There is also a womans only exercise room. I think it is totally worth the price of membership. The pool is also always clean. They clean it every Sunday so that is the only day you cant swim! But otherwise it is a 24/7/365 gym. The atmosphere is also very non judgemental if your going for wieght loss or just to stay fit. I would definitely recommend checking it out.

Fantastic experience: They are always working hard on the equipment, keeping it clean and in working order. They also got some new ellipticals, treadmills and stairsteppers. Also new classes. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Nearly everyone (staff, advanced clients & other silver slippers are helpful & supportive without being judgemental, even if they are good enough to run the classes themselves

Fantastic experience: I love this gym! This place is one of my favorite parts of coming home on leave. It reminds me of the little gyms I lifted at in Afghanistan. Not all commercialized. Just a place where people who are serious about fitness can go and kill it!

Fantastic experience: This is the kind of gym that inspires greatness! They really have everything you would find in a big box "name brand" gym. There is a section for women only. A room, with a punching and speed bag, called the "Dungeon" for heavy lifting. All the machines have obviously been recently upholstered and are in good condition. And, every kind of cardiovascular equipment you could want. Both sit and spin (ha!) bikes, POOL, sauna, locker rooms, and a nice room set up for various classes. Great for travelers like myself with a daily rate or a small package of just a few days. Both options are available. I'm sure it is hard to get out of your contract with them though. Every gym is the exact same way! I am, however, only speculating with this particular gym.
