Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym and people! As a person who moves frequently and attends new gyms more than others, I felt more welcomed here than anywhere else. People are friendly from day one and they really welcome anyone new into the gym. The coaches are very competent with workouts and helping you reach new goals!

Fantastic experience: I became a part of this community almost a year ago and, I can honestly say, I am in the best shape of my life. I was a little intimated starting Crossfit at the age of 45, but the coaches and the members of the gym, made me feel comfortable and empowered me to push myself toward success.

Fantastic experience: I'm very glad I started my Crossfit journey here at Crossfit IFM. Everyone is nice, dedicated, and always happy to be there. I like that they focus on form and pay attention to you as you work out so you don't cause harm to yourself. The intimidation factor goes away the moment you walk in and people notice when you're not there. It's a great community to be involved in, regardless on how often you go. I suggest it for anyone looking for a great life change or pick-me-up!!

Fantastic experience: I started in May of 2015. I didn't know what I was getting into when I walked through the doors. What I have found is that I am stronger than I have ever been and I am accomplishing things that I wouldn't have imagined were possible in a very short period of time. Additionally, when you come to Crossfit IFM you find something else: a community. Coaches and members alike are positive and encouraging. Everyone is willing to help and ensure you get the most out of your experience, whether you are a beginner or a competition athlete.
