Fantastic experience: Appreciate how the studio has adapted by offering us virtual classes. Has allowed me to practice more consistently. Also the cleanest of all the bar method studios I’ve visited! Highly recommend.

I always feel motivated to take on my day with a new burst of energy after leaving my bar method class. The instructors are wonderful and take the time to carefully help you get the correct form for each exercise. Fantastic experience: Absolutely love the instructors here and the Bar Method classes. I’ve tried several barre studios in the area and nothing comes close to this studio. Over the last couple of years since Stacy and Shadin took over as owners a great community has been created. They have fun class for holidays and events to build community plus challenge yourself like Bar Bingo. Highly recommended for beginners to more advanced clients who have taken bar for years. It’s is a safe place to challenge yourself!

Fantastic experience: After trying another bar place, I settled with Bar Method in Campbell. Very approachable instructors, clean environment, friendly (they know your name right away!), lovely energy. I get good excercise of the small muscles and big. I highly recommend.
Fantastic experience: At 46, I am in the best shape of my life thanks to the bar method. A low carb diet and running were no longer effective for weight management. I knew I needed to change my routine. I decided to add bar to my regimen and within five weeks, noticed my body was changing. I was getting stronger, sculpted, had better posture and my sciatica had diminished significantly. Six months later, my friends, family and I are in awe of my toned and chiseled body. Bar is challenging but I always look forward to class even if I'm tired. The bar method Campbell team is incredibly warm, engaging and talented. They remember your name, give praise when due and provide guidance when necessary. The facility is clean and comfortable with nice showers and plenty of towels. I highly recommend the bar method for achieving your next level of fitness.

Fantastic experience: I had different gym memberships before, but bar method was the first one that made me motivated to come everyday. All the instructors are great and welcoming, and most importantly, the method they have works, you ll see the difference in your body in couple weeks.

Fantastic experience: This is the BEST workout there is. I have been a club bar member since July 2018 and I could not recommend it more. The workout is intense and empowering and after a stressful day I can come into the studio in a mood and leave feeling confident, strong, and rejuvenated. The community is also wonderful and I love the kindness and welcome that everyone extends to each other. I never could get myself motivated to workout before barre, but now it's so easy to find the desire. I love seeing results and feeling like my best self.

Fantastic experience: I have come to Bar Method on and off for 3 years and when I'm on and consistently going, I see my body change drastically in only a few weeks! I love the instructors and the way we get in and get to business and don't stop for the whole hour (or 45 min if its an express). I also love that we stop and stretch out muscles as we work - I feel like this is the first work out where I'm getting stronger and taking care of my muscles! I love Bar!
Fantastic experience: I started coming to this studio in July of 2018 and haven't stopped since. What I thought would be something fun to try for the duration of their promotional new member period, turned into an amazing addiction. The instructors are amazing and are all super knowledgeable and helpful with getting that perfect form. I felt so much stronger even after the first month and am still challenged each and every class. Highly recommend!
Fantastic experience: I joined the bar method in December and I’ve been really happy with my experience so far. The classes are challenging, but doable. The instructors are really encouraging and diligent in making sure you have the right form. The facility is clean and has showers. They offer a lot of different class times and the flexibility to cancel up to a hour before. So far, I’m really happy with the Bar Method.
Fantastic experience: I instantly fell in love with The Bar Method in Campbell after taking my first class back in the fall of 2017! The workout is like nothing I had ever experienced before and spikes my heart rate higher than what I could do when working out on my own. The instructors are AMAZING and really watch over all the students to ensure we are in proper form so no injuries occur from the workout. The Bar Method is a complete full body workout which strengthens your core and stretches your muscles. The studio is a community within itself and I really cherish the friendships I have made over the years of taking classes with such wonderful people! I highly recommend The Bar Method to anyone who is looking for a low impact, high intensity, fun and energetic workout!
Fantastic experience: I have been taking class consistently since 2013, and I can’t imagine my life without it. It changes you in so many positive ways, and there is a great community at the studio; we are all friends! I really enjoy how it’s low impact, and that you don’t know what you are doing next until the instructor tells you. The music is great, and you feel like a rockstar when you walk out. If you have been on the fence or have been interested in trying it, GO! Don’t hesitate! It will change your life!
Fantastic experience: I fell in love with The Bar Method 3 years ago at a different studio. I’ve never been a fan of group fitness classes, but there’s something really captivating about Bar Method. When I first joined I was recovering from back surgery and it helped me regain strength and flexibility. The workout is designed by/with physical therapists so it’s a great, safe workout for any one. It’s challenging, but super fun! I joined the Campbell studio about 1.5 years ago when I moved to San Jose, not long after the studio transferred ownership. Since I’ve been a member I’ve seen an amazing culture develop, with a fun, amazing group of members. The best part about the studio is the instructors! They’re phenomenal! All very knowledgeable, caring, and fun. I’d recommend everyone try Bar Method. It will change your life and you’ll be addicted!
Fantastic experience: The perfect workout studio! Instructors are very attentive, friendly, and push us hard. Very clean studio, with easy parking. I need strength training exercises to build up my bone density, and this is the place for just that!

Fantastic experience: I started taking classes at Bar Method a year ago and I love it! I used to be a runner, but after pregnancy and injuries that was getting harder to do. I needed a work out that would help me exercise my whole body, but also help me take care of my injuries and Bar Method fits that bill. I love the fact that Bar Method has a basis in physical therapy so my joint injuries feel better the more I work out. The instructors are really knowledgable and watch closely to make sure that everyone is doing each exercise correctly to avoid any injuries. The owners, Stacy and Shadin have created a wonderful, welcoming community here. Each person is respected and celebrated for what they can do. The instructors are friendly and work hard to meet each person where she's at and help her improve from there, rather than pushing everyone to meet a certain ideal.
Fantastic experience: I am in my 50’s and I have tried many exercising programs over the years. This is the first and only one that I can honestly say that I enjoy. The instructors are very friendly and attentive to your individual needs. I suffer from chronic lower back pain and they make sure to modify exercises for me as needed. I try to attend class 4-5 times a week. I can definitely feel and see the difference in my body and muscle tone. I highly recommend giving this studio a try.
Fantastic experience: As a visitor to the area I first went to the Bar with a friend and was instantly hooked! The girls are so helpful, the classes are challenging but make you feel great. You are made to feel so welcome and I can really feel the difference in my tight hips! The instructors are completely involved helping you to do the exercises. I love it I wish I could go more often.
Fantastic experience: I really love The Bar Method. It is not the kind of workout where you are dripping sweat, but it targets your muscles in a different way that is really a challenge. It also works muscle groups that are hard to isolate and thus infrequently excercised. It is low-impact to your joints. The instructors are well-trained, motivational, and give very personal attention during the class. I had a severe wrist injury and the owner took the time to thoroughly review and modify all excercises that were not appropriate for me. They have childcare at select times. As other reviewers have said, parking is easy. What's not to love?
Fantastic experience: Great instructors and staff. I personally recommend Erin and Elizabeth. They were attentive enough to tailor some movements that help my road to recovery from an injury. Ivy was also very helpful. Great spot!
Fantastic experience: I started barre about 2.5 years ago and it is the ONLY workout I have been able to stick with. I am petite, inflexible, was never a dancer, ballerina, into the gym, running, cycling, yoga, etc, but I love BM. I never wanted a bulked up "gym body", so BM allows me to shape long, lean muscles and the toned beach-ready body I desire. No matter how long you've been doing it, every class will continue to challenge you and you will never feel like you've plateaued. I even went through a pregnancy and was able to continue going well into my third trimester with easy modifications. It has helped me regain my confidence postpartum-- mentally, physically, and spiritually. The variety of classes work well with my busy schedule and I love the instructors here. They always know your name, seem very invested in you, and help you to attain your best form which is the only way to get fantastic results.
Fantastic experience: I need to start off by saying I have never worked out before in my life, well maybe a little here and there around the house but nothing that was going to get me the kind of results I was wishing for and I did not want to join a gym. I just turned 39 and I was about 30-40 lbs overweight and realized I am almost 40 and if I didn’t do something now to change my lifestyle, I will never do it. So I went on-line and searched for “gyms for women only” and not much was out there but I did come across The Bar Method and I went to their website and everything that I read and saw seemed interesting so I thought I’d go check it out in person to see what it was all about. I showed up on a Saturday morning and a class was in session, I was so nervous and sat in the office area hoping someone would come out to talk to me, I sure didn’t want to interrupt the class so I just waited (probably 5 minutes or so). After waiting, I realized I should probably just leave (thinking to myself as I walked out the door, well I tried) then to my surprise a sweet lady named Alexis came running after me asking me if I was just in there? She apologized for not helping me sooner as she was helping out in the class, I told her no worries at all and I explained to her how extremely out of shape I was and that I have never worked out in my life and I wasn’t even sure this was the place for me. I also told her I couldn’t even touch my toes and she explained how everything works at the The Bar Method and she made me feel so comfortable and told me that it was ok if I couldn’t touch my toes =) I also told her I was looking for women only gyms and she let me know that The Bar Method is for both women and men but in my opinion since I’ve been going, I would say it’s about 90-95% women and if a guy happens to be there it’s not a big deal at all! She then told me they were offering a free class that weekend so I signed up for the Sunday 9am class. That Sunday morning I was wide awake at 5:30am nervous as hell to go to the class lol…but I did it and I absolutely LOVED my very first class. It was hard and extremely challenging but the instructor (Alivia) I had that morning made me feel so comfortable and she helped correct me when I was doing a pose the wrong way. Now, let me catch you up to today…I just took my 45th class and I LOVE THE BAR METHOD MORE THAN ANYTHING. My body has toned up and changed so much AND I CAN FINALLY TOUCH MY TOES!!!! I am so beyond proud of myself and I absolutely love barre class and absolutely LOVE Each and Every Single Instructor!!!!!! If you feel intimidated or nervous, don’t! The Bar Method will welcome you with open arm and make you feel so comfortable!

Fantastic experience: TheBarMethod changed my life! I used to be that person who hated exercise and could never make myself go the gym. I tried different types of activities like Pilates, yoga, personal training and even ballroom dancing and couldn't commit to any of those. After trying The Bar Method class I knew I finally found "my thing". I've been going for more then a year now about 3-4 times a week and I love how it make me feel . My body changed dramatically! I am toned and stronger then I ever was in my life! For me this is something that I am planing to do forever! About a month ago my husband decided to try because he saw the wonderful changes in me and my body. Now he comes with me couple time a week. It's fun and rewarding fitness class for everyone, no matter what's your previous level of fitness was,I believe anyone can do.
Fantastic experience: This is the best hidden gem of a workout studio in Campbell! One year ago I cancelled my gym membership and all other workouts due to health reasons; as someone who worked out on the daily and thought a good sweat meant more calories burned, I was in a really difficult place. As soon as I got clearance from my doctor to work out again, I started seeking out low intensity workout studios - yoga, pilates...and then I found Bar! I love workout classes but am always a little nervous at first. When I stumbled upon Bar Method in Campbell, little did I know that it would soon become a home away from home for me! I live for these classes every week! While low intensity, these workouts will sneak up on you and the muscles you didn't know you had. Every single instructor is not only so nice but incredibly knowledgeable, unique in their way of teaching, and they always remember your name! Love that personal touch. They do fun events, challenges, and I've met so many amazing women. Try this place out - you won't regret it!

Fantastic experience: Was there once with my girlfriend when they had Valentine's day special for couples. I really enjoyed the entire session - very intense, lots of stretching and makes you well tired in less than an hour of exercise
Fantastic experience: I have been doing the Bar Methof for just over 2 years. I’m 54 years old, and I find it to be a great fit for my exercise and fitness goals. The instructors are knowledgeable and well trained and know how to give you a full body workout. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: This Bar Method studio offers several classes designed for busy women - in 45 minutes to 1 hour, you can get a full body workout that strengthens and tones your arms, legs, glutes and abs without adding extra bulk to your frame. Bar Method is my physical therapy - I have chronic pain and several back and joint issues, and the instructors at Bar Method are able to work with my limitations and offer me modifications that are still challenging. It's also great for pregnant women and new moms looking to build and restrengthen muscles in the abs and pelvic floor. This studio recently came under new ownership, and I have noticed a dramatic difference in how it feels. Shadin and Stacy, the new owners, have built a community of women that is warm and welcoming, where every person who comes to class is treated with the utmost care and respect. Come join us for a workout!
Fantastic experience: Love this studio and the ladies who own it and teach. It’s truly transformed my body and I love the way I feel during and after either a 45 minute express class or a full hour long class. I have better posture, long, lean muscles and my body is stronger than it’s ever been. They also introduced me to some life changing workout clothes/loungewear that I wear everyday. Highly recommend this workout to all ages, shapes and sizes.
