Fantastic experience: Great gym with great staff

Fantastic experience: I joined the gym for the first time last week and everyone treated me really nicely there. They have a machine that will measure you and scan your body and tell you your measurements and fat ratio. I'm looking forward to working out there to improve my health

Fantastic experience: Growing up gyms in Campbell County Gyms were both limited in hours, and a bit pricy. Plus only one would let you come in and use for a workout if you were out if town. Fast forward to today. Gyms have adopted the 24 hour model, and lowered the cost, and have taken on the model of welcome to use our place if you aren't from here. I greatly appreciate that. The gym is well set up for it's size. It offers a really good setup that fits whatever type of workout you are doing. Even with my home gym and their chain they do not have everything I need to perform my workouts. The folks at C4 do, and that says a lot. It's a good place to score a quality workout.

Fantastic experience: This 24hr gym is great, if you over look dust and weights being left out or on machine it offers alot. Prices are reasonable, plenty of machines to choose from, classes offered to get you motivated( wish there was morning and afternoon classes) people are friendly at all ages.

Positive experience: great space and equipment, Housekeeping is improving. 24hrs and has functional showers with hot and cold water now.
