Old School Gym... Great!!!!!

Fantastic! I use it every morning - has a variety of equipment and is the most reasonably priced Gym in the area. Unfortunately, it is only available to those affiliated with the military.

Had all of the equipment I wanted and closest to my house.

Great place to get a quick workout in before or after work! Never crowded! Has everything you need!

The staff is friendly! Great space and not too crowded. I am kind hesitant to write a review because I love coming here! If you are someone who is very intimidated about going to the gym then look no further! One advice, get there and try it out! Lots of great equipment!

This gym doesn't open until 0900, disappointed to hear it wouldn't open at 0500 anymore.

Clean, very functional, plenty of space and equipment.

I go here in the mornings and it isn't packed at all. Good place with a lot of variety of weights from free weights to machines. The place is always clean and maintained.

Great place... great staff... Do be aware that the Estep Wellness Center closes daily (M-F) at 19:00 hrs. It does NOT close at 21:00 hrs as the hours indicate on the big sign outside the facility nor as the website for the Estep indicates. It isn't a problem as long as you plan your workout accordingly... You can do it all there, just be aware it closes earlier than advertised. Keep that heart rate up and the weights moving!

Love the classes and has a very good weight room and a cardio room that I feel comfortable with. Def worth the money

The energy, the staff, and the support of everyone who works out our takes classes makes ESTEP topnotch! The classes keep you pumped up and ready for more even though you're secretly wanting the sessions to end! If you're ever down, take a class with Angie and let her sincere enthusiasm, endless energy, love of her job and people, leave you feeling better than when you walked in!
