Fantastic experience: Amazing gym! All membership packages include access to all of the Fit4Life clubs which gives you a variety of equipment, classes, and a wonderful community to be a part of. Staff is friendly and always willing to help out. I see a lot of negative reviews regarding their contracts, but that’s how gyms operate. It’s too easy to get lazy with health and fitness and I find their contracts provide extra motivation to encourage members to become healthier and achieve their goals. Just read the agreement after you sign up and you’ll be good to go! It’s a great gym and totally worth it!

Fantastic experience: I would like to say that I’m very happy I found a gym with such great staff and childcare that goes above and beyond to ensure my little one feels safe and loved. Being a mom is not an easy task. We tend to put ourselves second or last and have no time for ourselves because it’s hard to trust our child to someone new. This gym, definitely striked gold with their childcare members. Mamas, if you are out there reading this, this is your sign that you can do this. Everyone there will take care of you and your little ones.

Fantastic experience: This location is very inviting and friendly. This is the main location I visit and every time I’m there the environment is awesome and non-judgy. Thank you to the staff and Cameron for always being available and friendly.

And the pricing is hard to beat for what they provide. I didn’t even waste my time shopping around. This is really the gym you need if you want results for your hard earned money spent!

Positive experience: Pretty good gym. A bit on the pricier side compared to a planet fitness but better equipment in my oppinion If I had to give a critique I've noticed some of the "personal trainers" sitting on machines doing 1 rep then texting or sitting on their phones 3-5 minutes. Mildly irritating considering there's limited benches but other than that not bad.

Fantastic experience: I love the convenience of being able to hit the gym early mornings before work. Its always clean and a very comfortable environment for working out. Plenty of machines and free weights to get in a nice workout. Peak times are after work hours so if you can get in before 6am or after 6pm you shouldn't have any issues with waiting on something to become available.

Fantastic experience: Great Gym, good variety of equipment. Very clean and took great responsibility in keeping the gym clean during COViD restrictions. Still has cleaning policy, which all gyms should adopt. Great staff they are helpful and greet you when you come through the door. Best gym in the area in my opinion.

Positive experience: I have really enjoyed my time at Fit4Life. Specifically, with my trainer Alisha. I’ve had many trainers and she is, by far, the best! I have a few injuries and she has built a plan around them that is not only strengthening the weak areas, but producing great results! She’s good at what she does AND has a great personality! Lock her in! You won’t regret it.

Positive experience: This gym has improved over the past few years. Usually, the gym is very crowded during peak hours, but with the expansion, it isn’t that bad. The trainers have all switched out, so that’s a plus. Some of the old trainers had an attitude problem, which was no surprise to anyone that came here.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym! The staff is nice and helpful. I’ve been going to this gym for almost a year now and I couldn’t be happier with it! They are even taking great measures regarding Covid 19 in order to keep gym goers safe ☺️

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of Fit 4 Life cameron for a little over a year. I joined after Will convinced me that this was the gym for me and he was absolutely right! Friendly, Clean and Full of anything you could possibly need for ANY fitness journey! this is hands down the best gym in the Area !

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality This gym has a very nice and personable staff. Two that stand out the most are Vanessa(Training Consultant) and Jason(Personal Trainer). The facility is well managed, while always staying in a neat and clean condition.

Fantastic experience: The staff has been beyond friendly and encouraging. My wife was very hesitant to join but the staff completely won her over. The child care center is a God send! Specific shout out to Liz; we cannot day enough good things! She was patient, informative, professional, and she spent SO much time figuring out what the best plan was for our needs. At no point did we feel like she was just trying to get us to spend more money on a plan we didn’t need. She really took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and what she felt we needed.

Fantastic experience: Been here just over a month and I have no complaints, they have some of the best COVID response actions which ensured a very clean and sanitary gym. The staff is excellent and make you feel welcomed at every turn. I appreciate my Trainer (Josh) because he makes me want to train and pushed me past my expectations, their programs are tailored to the needs of the individual and you get their undivided attention. Fantastic experience: So far I have loved this gym! Great place to workout and focus on bettering yourself. The childcare staff is awesome with my kids and makes working out so much easier. they also provide awesome classes such as yoga and step that I have attended and enjoyed very much!

Fantastic experience: Been going here since March and the staff is always welcoming and helpful. They are super supportive and even ask how my workouts are going and also notice if I haven’t been in a while. The child care is a life saver. I feel like my kids are cared for so I am able to get in a good workout.

Child watch is free and included in monthly membership and the ladies are so wonderful with the kids. Whether you want a gym family who will hold you accountable and ask where you’ve been after a few days out; or if you just want to get in get out and not speak to anyone...this is the place!

Fantastic experience: Originally joined this gym due to its convenient location, and didn’t know much else about it. Have been a member for over a year and seen it expand, gain new equipment based on member feedback, and add new classes with instructors who are passionate and excited about teaching. Enjoy the 24/7 access and overall environment. Family friendly and good workout experience!

Fantastic experience: By far the best gym I have been a member of!! Shelby really took care of me during my fitness assessment as well and showed me some issues I wasn't aware of. Staff is super friendly every time I come in and it's nice to have the 24 hour access considering gyms on post close all the time.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I joined about a year ago and we love the no judgement atmosphere. We love being able to go work out when it fits our busy schedule. We love our trainers. The trainers care about you physically and mentally; they are always willing to help push you towards your goal.

Fantastic experience: I don’t share or report unless I’ve actually done it or been there. I’m at this location at least 3 days a week 2hrs at a time. The facility is clean, organized and all equipment is in working order and that’s what matters right? Childcare room is staffed when scheduled and kept clean. Never had a billing issue either. Staff is polite and says hi and bye and even takes the time to ask about my family and is hosting a fundraiser for our son’s service dog. Truly there is a healthy community here and that is a perk but if you’re really serious about getting fit and healthy then all you need to know is the gym is open 24hrs, equipment works, staff is nice and the facility is clean. Classes are good- I’ve done them all at least once but I can’t keep up so I stick to the weights lol.

Their staff is also very helpful and friendly and was able to assist with all my fitness needs. Additionally the gym has top notch equipment and supplements to support your fitness goals.

Fantastic experience: This is the best gym in town! After 30 years of using some of the best gyms that the US Army has to offer, I can easily say that Fit4Life of Cameron is by far one of the best facilities I have ever seen. The Staff is so personable and helpful, no what level of fitness you are at. The personal trainers are amazing and truly care about their clients. This gym is well worth the low cost to join. My only regret - that I didn't join sooner!
