Fantastic experience: No matter your fitness level, this is for u! I miss this gym unfortunately my work schedule doesn’t match us with the gym’s schedule. Can’t wait to get back.

Fantastic experience: Had an awesome first class with Nick!!! This was my first time boxing so I was a tad nervous but I absolutely LOVED it! He WILL push you and make you sweat but it’s 10000000 percent worth it! :)

Fantastic experience: This place is unreal! There is really no other place that can give you the same training that these guys can. The trainers here truly know what they are doing through extensive experience and expertise. Ironhand gives you a wide array of different training regimens, different fighting styles, stamina and/or muscle building, positive and motivational attitudes, and creative styles of making yourself the best you can possibly be!
