Fantastic experience: This gym is great due to the wide variety of equipment. It's got squat racks, several weightlifting platforms, multiple benches, and specialized bars such as the cambered bar, safety squat bar, multi grip bar, hex bar, and so much more. It can be the dedicated lifter's paradise or anyone who's into fitness or getting into fitness. The gym is also open all year round, even on Christmas! Not many gyms offer that. That said, some of the issues I have is that the gym is not "manned," so there is no one to report problems to should anything go awry while you're working out in the gym. Also, I'm not sure who maintains the cleaning of the gym but the cleaning could be better, especially since so many people use this gym as a communal space.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to BAMN for about 2 months now and I absolutely love it. Lots of equipment for strength and cardio while at the same time having a simple setup. The people I regularly see are great and the old school hip hop music is much better than new pop music you hear at most gyms. The awesome vibe there makes achieving my goals fun. The owner, Sonny, is also very pleasant and responds to emails fast. Highly recommend this gym. It has been great for both my physical and mental health.

Fantastic experience: Open gym no hard rules about which equipment can and cannot be used. Tons of free weights. The gym is your home and you can customize your workouts and equipment to anyway you see fit.

Fantastic experience: Awesome, low-key environment with anything you could want to workout from machines to free weights and even unorthodox tools such as the battle ropes and a tractor tire to flip! Very flexible hours and a keyfab entry to the unstaffed gym gives you all the freedom you could want

Fantastic experience: i've been going there for about a year now and it's easily my favorite gym i've trained at in the city. whether you're a powerlifter, bodybuilder or just someone who wants a no frills gym to better themselves at, this is definitely the place to be. great price, great hours, great people. plus the owner is the man. real good, down to earth, reasonable dude. highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I would say BAMN is as close to what I look for in a gym as it could be. The owner is always friendly and helpful, and if you ever do run into an issue, like I have in losing my pass, he is always responsive and prompt in providing a solution. Not to mention that gym is always improving, with several additional treadmills, an entire new set of free weights, and multiple new machines being added just in the last year.

Fantastic experience: Reasonably priced, great hours, and everything you need to get in a solid workout. They recently upgraded their entire dumbbell collection and they constantly bring in new items. Month to month contract is a plus and overall an awesome place.

Fantastic experience: Gym is great and Sonny is a great trainer. Currently getting personal training sessions about mid way through and very happy with results so far. Highly recommend the training if you are new to working out (or just getting back into it).

Fantastic experience: This is a really great gym! I was member here for about a year and a half but due my relocating recently I had to (unfortunately) find a different gym. There's a very large selection of free weights, a few squat racks, benches, a deadlift platform, a few treadmills/stationary bikes. In addition there's also a large open area in the back that is perfect for a whole variety of circuit training options - thanks to an always expanding equipment selection (tires, weighted sleds, box jumps, medicine balls, TRX gear, and more) Owner/operator Sonny is an awesome guy, and does a great job at promoting a friendly atmosphere that caters to a wide range of fitness levels and goals. There's also a few personal trainers who offer services on site, and while I never trained with them they were also always very helpful and friendly. You should definitely give BAMN a shot. It has that classic neighborhood gym vibe, with a great mix and variety of equipment (old school and new school) that gives members a chance to push themselves and get in some serious workouts. Awesome place!

Fantastic experience: BAMN Fitness is a hidden gem for anyone in pursuit of strength training. The atmosphere is incomparable to any other gym in the area which is built by the other members and humble, knowledgeable and very personable owner Sonny who will always greet you with a smile and help you out. It's a gym where the members very much so respect the facility which is something that stood out for someone that has a long history of commercial gyms.One of the greatest perks is the choice to play your own music which is a big plus for anyone else who tried to get hype lifting to Kelly Clarkson at some of the other gyms. If you find yourself in a journey to find a fitness facility that accommodates a passion for getting stronger and bigger, BAMN Fitness is definitely worth a visit.

Fantastic experience: Great facility with tons of free weights. I was looking for a gym that would accodmadte my style of workingout... squat racks, dead lifts heavy dumbells and the freedom to move heavy weight without consequence . This gym has provided this all with its open atmosphere

The culture definitely supports self-Improvement, whether you are a beginner, bodybuilder, or Powerlifter. If you are looking for a gym where you can get a good serious workout, then give this place a shot.

We are all family and I couldn't ask for a better coach. He has been supportive of me since day one and he goes out of his way to make sure I am on track.
