CrossFit^® Dt1

Fantastic experience: Crossfit DT1 is a great gym. All the coaches are very knowledgeable, personable, and great motivators. Crossfit DT1 has many different programs such as crossfit for teens and kids, a run club, strength and olympic lifting. I would recommend this gym for any amateur or veteran crossfitter!

Fantastic experience: True Fitness is an awesome gym. CrossFit DT1 has great coaching and programming. The facility is as good as it gets. True Fitness offers you so much for your membership between all of the different types of classes and open gym time. I am loving my time training at this gym. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Awesome drop in while hitting Crossfit out of state. Everyone is extremely friendly and the facilities/equipment are everything you could want. Only downside is they aren’t closer to home!
