Positive experience: Brand new equipment that works, friendly staff and gym goers. Everything so far has been great. Do wish they had a shrug machine and hex bar though. Update: they don't have a facilities maintenance person so any time equipment goes down it stays down for weeks. Staff is still friendly and the fellow gym goers tend to be great.

Positive experience: Only two complaints: there's no pool and music is basic commercial gym garbage. I'm not sure who controls that playlist, but I doubt they even lift (common mecca!). Other than that everything is on point

Fantastic experience: Great gym for those that are more experienced lifters. There is equipment for all but the crowd tends to lean more towards intermediate and advanced lifters. Very clean and the lighting is great. The spacing between the equipment is a nice touch. Overall a great place for a workout!

Fantastic experience: I signed up for their free pass and tried the gym, and I liked it! The gym is clean and the equipment is pretty new and well maintained. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I ended up signing up for a membership the next day.

Fantastic experience: Super clean, lots of equipment, and the front desk people are always very friendly. Nicole and Kaitlyn are absolutely incredible - they extremely friendly and their customer service skills are top notch.

Positive experience: This place is great. Nice and new equipment. Only 1 tanning bed though. But, it's stand up and hot so you don't need to be in there nearly as long. They also have 2 massage chairs and red light therapy. The sauna is coed, located in between the men's and women's locker rooms. It is busier than the van mall location but newer equipment. Either way, it's a great place and I will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: I waited for this location to open for a good while now and it's finally open!! The gym is beautiful. Very spacious with all the equipment you can ask for. Tanning is perfect. The massage chairs are perfect. The staff is so friendly and amazing that I look forward to their faces every day walking through the door. Shout out to Nicole!! She's hard working and keeping Gold's the best gym ever.

Fantastic experience: Excellent equipment & amazing amenities!! The sauna is amazing post-workout. Very clean & well-kept, I recommend to anyone looking for a gym in the Vancouver area! My only wish would having it be open 24/7. But still work every penny.
